As a current resident of Laveen, I’m excited about all the new developments. Hope they keep pedestrian and public infrastructure in mind.

How about some positivity here. We all need to be pro-active in keeping the community clean and safe. I’m new in Laveen and yes I have some concerns but rather than talking bad about the place. Why not focus on its potential.

Sounds like they need a ton n of water. Developments and developers better stick to the 99 water guarantee.
Or don’t cry about water and growth and crime.

You do realize farmland uses up way more water than commercial and residential does, right? So this will actually help with water retention.

Hopefully property values rise again and I can rent my home out and move.

Welcome to Laveen, fast food capital of the SW! Oh let's not forget all the homeless drug addicts occupying 51st Ave and Baseline! Yeah they really class up the place!
