Lovely graded comics, Uncanny X-Men #129 is my pick out of them.
Funkos: I'm all for collecting what you like but I see no point in these things.
Quite a few elderly people I know or know of hide money like that and then forget that they've hidden it.

Direct Copy on that Black Cat is worth more. That's how they made Direct Copies back in the day and they are low print run.

1979 direct edition were lower print runs then newsstand copies. That is a great Black cat get!! Kudos guys!!

I wonder when everyone realizes this and the price changes? The early direct editions get no respect. I still wonder if the newsstands do better because in my opinion they look better.
Thank you. I am SO tired with this "newstand" kick that the world is on. Newstand copies were the norm for decades. It was Direct Editions that were the smaller run for many years.
Nice video, you had some good fortune on your CGC grades, my last submission was a definite bummer. The first guy you talked to from the show, I believe Flash Comics, has the right perspective, comics should be fun.
Always enjoy the Jim Lee cover, the 9.8 Batman was my favorite of the bunch

The ASM 194 is my favorite in the CGC books you got back. I'm jealous. I have a copy of it but it's in terrible shape. But as you guys said, "Low grade is better than no grade." I also like the X-Men book. Kitty Pryde is my favorite X-Man. I hope acquire a copy of it myself.

I judge comic shops by how much real estate they give to Funko Pops, the bigger the percentage of Pops, the worse the store. I will leave without even browsing if I walk in and it's front and center.
I know several stores that you would miss out on some amazing finds if you did that. They sell toys, comics, trades, and even models. I've found books there that I have literally not seen anywhere else.
