    Fusing Pilates based toning exercises and yoga postures, this yoga workout challenge is going to get you feeling strong, lean, and flexible so you're ready to tackle anything that this new year brings your way.
    Please find the description to the challenge below, however if you're not into doing a 10 day program simply try implementing this class a few times per week to start feeling the benefits of the pilates and yoga fusion exercises.

    ♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us...

    It's so exciting to realize my body is getting stronger every time I start another one of these challenges and can do more than I thought I could. I don't ever feel like I've failed if I can't do every pose, I just keep working up to it. It's a great feeling. Thank you so much for presenting these workout videos in such a gentle and inclusive way. :)

    Dear Boho Beautiful (beautiful couple), I am 56 years old, and after a divorce and a failed business, I am deciding to take my body back. I started weight lifting with cardio and after a month I am just not seeing the results I want. After prayer and meditation, I felt inspired to try yoga. I asked for guidance, and found BOHO BEAUTIFUL. You are an inspiring couple, and I appreciate your generous gifts (yogo and personal diary videos).     Hello Juliana and Mark, I have always loved your workouts and have been doing them for almost 3 years now. In November, I began my workout journey and have been doing a workout everyday (today is day 36 in a row). I feel like I am now ready to begin workout challenges and decided to start this one today.       We actually made it. When travelling and shooting in different terrain we knew we needed a thicker yoga matt to place our mat on. So we found a gym supply store... bought those matts that make flooring and puzzle piece together... and then cut it to the right size. Now it goes everywhere with us.

    This is a great combination of exercises, but I'm wondering if you have any tips for getting into the straddle stretch at the end, I wasn't able to even lean forward. Thank you again for your wonderful videos

    so revitalizing and self afirming to watch this while I eat my second bowl of spaghetti noodles. Are these all your own excercises or is this some type of pilates/yoga (with a name)? Looks really original. PS do you know any good place to start with kundalini yoga (theory or practice)?

    QUESTION: in the work out plan it says to do this video every day. Isn't it bad to not leave time for muscle recovery?

      no, this is fine as you are using your own body weight to gain. Generally that rule applies when you are weightlifting

    Omg I usually hate workouts but I absolutely loved this! It pushed me to my limit but I was still able to complete it without giving up halfway through!! I felt such a burnnnnnnn thanks boho beautiful you honestly inspire me so much your videos are incredible I’ve been doing them everyday for months now and I feel incredible already

      Laura Loi. Hi I just did this, I'm pretty strong so it wasn't easy but I didn't break a sweat I'm about 145lbs and burnt 76 kcals. Hope I could help

    Juliana, you have changed my life! I have been doing your videos for exactly a year now and I have seen big changes in not only my body but also my mind. I'm stronger physically and mentally. I have noticed my anxiety is more manageable on days I do your yoga/pilates/meditation videos and I cannot wait to see what another year brings. Thank you so much for all you do! :)

    Hi! I have scoliosis (2 degree) and I'm not sure if I can do yoga. Your exercises are so peaceful and I would love to improve my flexibility and strength, but I'm afraid that if I would do something wrong it will do more harm than good.
