  • She was denied her degree for 30 years. Forced to do odd jobs in courts when she wanted to fight for women. She was once asked to defend an elephant when she wanted to fight for women. But she persisted and helped hundreds of women and children fight legal battles, often pro-bono. It took 30 years for her perseverance to be rewarded, when she became the first woman lawyer to practise in India and Britain. Here's a story of grit and determination.     I am sure that the day is not too far when India will see its first women chief justice too.....
    Not only women ....first Transgender justice too.....
    Times are changing and I hope to witness that in my lifetime.......

    Justice delayed is Justice denied.
    What is point of treating someone years after they’re hurt.
    It’s sheer injustice for someone who fought against odds and became successful when many fail.
    You don’t recognise when they’re top in exam is like you doomed every possible way.
