Yes brother what you said is absolutely right Nd I m also thinking about that how knowledgeable she was but her simlycity tells the real indian women are as like simple and beautiful
Hats off to her father's progressive thoughts at that time. We need to spread such stories to inspire young women. This is what actual "beti bachao beti padhao".
Very inspiring.. from being appointed as a civil Judicial officer to becoming district judge to high court judge to finally being elevated as the first woman Supreme court justice...!! This is a very rare example..
I think at that time only few judges were there at every level and promotion must have been quick, now it is impossible for civil judge to become supreme Court or even high court judge
She is the proof that parents always do whatever the best would be for their children, for only she went by her father's advice/decision of becoming a lawyer she is now where she is. First women sc judge of india. 👏👏👏
my mother has six siblings sisters and all of theem have done pg in india. this was at a time when education in india was not a business for the people who own it today and all sisters worked not just here in india, but in developed countries uk, usa. this was in 1960-1970s. atleast we can thank the confress govt of tht time for making education affordable. all my motherssiblings were able to get into college do both graduation and post grad while her father had expired in 1958. this was the india when education was within the reach of common person.
Most of us will never know how so many incredible people are there in our country. How such a incredible lady ma'am is, their passion, knowledge and so much dedication towards her work is truly remarkable. I am thankful for your channel to show us what were we missing. I am sad and sorry because most of the people will not know about her, even i watched this video after years.

See how her father encouraged her to believe, despite her being a Muslim and a Woman, that sky is her limit ❤️ And now patriarchal Muslim league leaders in Kerala banish women just because they expressed their opinion!
Yes, you are right @SumitAggarwal This is the issue of our regressive society, and a challenge. Normally, male leaders also don't appreciate women leaders in India. #biased #inequality #reality

@@rishu6870 No, there are fewer views because the superficial men and women did not find her physical presence "attractive" on the thumbnail. I have seen that even in not-so-great videos, if the presenter or the main person in the video is attractive on the thumbnail, many people click on it. This is the trap of Maya.
Great Lady Fathima Bevee. You are a Roll-Model for young up comjng Muslim women's. You have full fill your ever loving father's Vision & Mission. Today every one witnessing your achievements. Allah Subhanahu Ta'ala always Bless His Blessings on all of you..Aameen.

Behind every successful woman, especially in India/South Asia, there is insane hardwork and fighting against a patriarchal system at every step. Sometimes, the fathers are feminists and hence they understand that letting their daughters pursue equal opportunities is the best way they can show their affection and let them shine. Sometimes, the fathers are dealbreakers, but the mothers are very supportive. So, moral of the story, don't make sweeping generalisations.
First lady majistrate of India, Omana Kunjamma. First women judge of Highcourt, Justice Anna Chandy. First women judge of Supreme Court, Justice Fathima Beevi.
Huge respect for her father who at that time thought to provide higher education to all her daughters, not even today many think about this😊
True

True
I like the fathers comment " If u are an MSc, u will stuck at Trivandrum". He had dream for her children , that made a great daughter.
She has no idea how many lives she has inspired. Her sheer diligence is commendable.

At the time of the interview, she was 91 years old, huge respect for her intellectually and intelligence
Also her voice is stern and clear, at this age people start stumbling

Just love her humbleness and simplicity. Women like her deserve to be role models, not reels making gold diggers.
Stop degrading women, many women earn more and there's no less numbers of male goldiggers anyway
