Love the Danielle appearances and your chemistry! And you even threw in a "bogarted" which really cracked me up. Nice video as always, David!

If James Bond is an alcoholic then he's a alcoholic with style 😂🍷🍹🍸

Fun video! Thanks for the glassware lesson for champaign and sparkling wines. I think when we're our age we need to know these things to be responsible adults.

I bought the very last bottle of the 007 champagne at a Tom Thumb when working one day. I was extremely excited! I only have the one bottle so I'll never open it for it's a huge collector's item for me.

David, thank you for the video and also remind us that drinking with someone is more entertaining 👩‍💼🍸🍸🤵 than drinking alone. Cheer 🍸 David

Did you mention the Bollinger scene in “The Living Daylights” where Bond brings defected “General Georgi Koskov” a gift basket from Harrods and he says “Bollinger RD...the best!”?

Very good Mr Zaritsky, you should compare a Bollinger to Dom Perignon. We all know Sean’s Bond drank Dom, so must have had better taste. :)

Would Bond drink a bottle of non-vintage champagne? Or has Covid hurt his ability to work? We have a lot of questions that No Time to Die will hopefully answer for us.

Funny! Adding the wife to the video is a great touch... she is too funny! I remember Roger drinking Bollinger, wow, over 40 years! The first Bond film I saw in a theater was Goldfinger, back when it came out in 1963!

I honestly thought the Moonraker line was: "The '69! You knew I was coming." Which is somehow even dirtier than the actual line...

I have to say that I'm totally offended by the glass you are using 😅.
This is the total opposite! The large cup is the worst one as there is too much air coming in the champagne so it will loose all the bubbles and the aromas will disappear so much faster. The only reason why this shape exists is for large banquets. Because it's easier to do "pyramids" with it has they are more convenient to manipulate.
    PS: Yes I'm french.

Great presentation on the glasses as a Johnson and Wales grad Class 1992 I had to do a similar presentation in a Front of the house class. A+

The one with the 007 logo sticker on the front neck was overseas only? The one I got in Texas, here, has that same 007 sticker.

The coupe glass was orginally created in the 18th Century - supposedly the shape comes from Queen Marie Antoinette's breasts. The glass was very popular from the 1900s until about the 70s. Really was the norm for champagne during the Roaring 20s as it could be stacked in towers and was easy to "cheers" with

So... basically speaking, Bollinger signed a long-term sponsorship deal with Eon Productions at the start of the Dalton era.

Shame they didn’t bottle the Grand Annee 2012. I know its a vintage but the 2012 Grand Annee has a pure fruitiness with nice spicy and dare I say nutty supporting notes. I always drink Champagne from the coup glass, I love the aroma, which in a way is a sin to drink a vintage Champagne in. Once Upon A Time I drank Bollinger RD 1996 (rich girlfriend, don’t ask what happened) and it was one of the most amazing wines I have ever drank.
