We went and picked up the grossest mattress we could find. I wish I could accurately communicate the smell of this thing with you. It definitely had some musty grandma smells. We have it listed for sale... no takers yet.

Probably not much worse than a regular mattress in someones house to be fair. They still get slept on the same amount of time. In fact the hotel one maybe gets slept on less for nights when the rooms empty

Not really, those are starting to be mass produced and sold my many distributors because of the pandemic, it’s made of copper so viruses /germs/bacteria don’t stick to it or something like that and you can use it as a stylus,door opener, and button pusher

Yes I could imagine. Been there, done that. Pitch black outside, car door on ground which had been shot by thousands of rounds of ammo, sharp jagged metal everywhere, me trying to find my can of gasoline. Proceed to fall face first into jagged metal, throw my hands infront and lets just say I was bleeding pretty good all over my hands. Had to go to Walmart and open up a bunch of first aid supplies right there in the store and apply them to my paper towel covered bleeding hands. It was not pleasant.

A mattress is just something below a master and a mistress.
My parents had a matress like that when I was a kid. Like 30-40 yrs ago. Same exact handles and everything!
The story about a mattress is an old wives tale. Your mattress has a cover, a bed spread and sheets which are removed and laundered hopefully more often than every two weeks. the dead skin cells are trapped in these items and removed with each washing. Only if you slept directly on an uncovered mattress and never cleaned it would any accumulation happen. If by weird chance the amount you state was collected in the mattress, it would be both incredibly heavy as well as reek of decomposition.
well the avg lifespan of a mattress (or when should get a new one) is about every 10 years. There are some mattress places that say you need a new one every 2 to 3 years. but those are ones that just want money. But, I used to work for a Mattress Warehouse for a couple years. In the handbook we got. When asked when to get new Mattress. Mattress Makers recommend getting a new Mattress ever 9 to 10 years. One of the tips we would get is to take a Marker and on the side of it. just put date bought and next to it. add 9 or 10 years to that.

I got a question for you guys. What is the cost per minute to run the water jet or cost per hour. I think it would be expensive with the garnet sand in it. And what is cost of maintenance on it?
It’s not cheap. About $2 a minute. Luckily maintenance is still covered under warranty.
When you get maintenance done do you try to keep your famous TH-cam channel a secret from the vendor

My mattresses do not double their weight in dead skin cells, cause I put a mattress cover over it, a mattress pillow topper and a spill proof mattress protector on top and then my cover sheet.

You should focus less on knives for cutting but more on throwing knives. Then you don’t have to market it to diy, but with a quick grind, you can sell the knife as a complete product. Quality throwing knives are few and far between and expensive (Dm me for my reward)
Don’t know if this will help..but get a spray bottle and put rubbing alcohol in it and spray the soap suds and watch them disappear..i don’t dilute the rubbing alcohol but maybe you can try it to see if it works..and maybe make a video too..lol just an idea..

There is stuff that kills foam. People usually use it when cooking the yeasty stuff that makes alkohol. I also see that it is used for pools. Something like Foam down.

The foam is from people goo. I used to take care of pools and spas. That's the same foam you get off you don't change the water, it's people goo.

For a couple of smart guys the sure like to do things hard. Cut from the wing tips to the edge of the mattress. Pull. Done.
What thickness can you cut, or does it revolve around density?
They can cut any thickness up to the height limit, (8" I believe,) and they've cut some stuff thicker than that by removing the slats and setting the item closer to the water. Density doesn't matter because they can compensate by increasing the cut time, (or using a harder abrasive, but that wears out the nozzle much faster.)
I suppose they could get a deeper cut than the total height limit by rigging something up for an angled cut, but programming the total cut time would require geometry\trigonometry and I don't know if the machine will calculate that for them. When they actually did a setup to shoot the cutter as far sideways as possible it wasn't very effective (against a watermelon) at maximum distance, so it's unlikely that it would effectively cut to that depth. (Plus the deeper the cut, the worse the tear out on the back of the city tends to be, so generally best practice is to limit the depth as much as possible.)
If that was true a 40 year old mattress would weigh over 1,000 pounds so obviously that's a myth and a lie

I'm loving my titanium 10mm bottle opener keychain. I sanded and polished my bottle opener and heated the ends to give it some color. Looks amazing! If you guys cut out some titanium fingers i'd gladly pitch another 20 bucks your way for one of those. Not that i really care about having the "finger" I just love titanium haha.
