I’m scared to look up my ideas online 😂
    I still do.
This free knowledge is absolutely amazing.
Idea, research, prototype, protect with provisional patent, reach out, work out a deal and finalize product either selling the product outright or licensing?
Im at the point where I need to file for patent. Then reach out.
Will a patent attorney charge outright/upfront?
Some things I just need to figure out and go do myself. But I’m open to answer 😂😊
    Thanks for the video!!!

I am always too paranoid that the AI will say, no, that's not patented, but great idea! We'll send that to Google right now so they can patent it before you. 😅

I enjoyed this episode, like all the others but this is more where I'm at on my journey. I have several products I'd like to get licensing agreements set up, but want to learn the basics, complete the first one to get a good understanding of everything involved, what homework will be required on my part.
The product I designed is for a company that is open source, and already sells accessories for this piece of protective equipment but doesn't offer the same advantage or comfort to the customer, and is A Novel item for This industry.
The company is international and didn't know how that would effect filing a ppa in America for a European company?
I'm still working at officiating a proper sellsheet, filling a ppa, but already have the physical/digital prototype.
I'll look into quick patents to see what are the next steps towards getting a ppa written, and getting ahold of this first company once I figure out the different requirements for international out of US company's. But think im putting way to many carts before the horse... need a little direction in where to start, I did buy One Simple Idea two years ago so know the basics, just need to reread and apply it. But excited to get my first deal, but deff. Looking into some inventright training or assistance!
