L'Ombre dans L'Eau is a masterpiece
this is such a gorgeous scent. I bought it for my mum, and she's really made it her own which means I cant wear it. I've played myself
I agree, I wore it recently for the first time this year and enjoyed it so much.
This is my one and only favourite fragrance in the world! LOVE AT FIRST SNIFF ❤️

I love this one! I recently bought the EdP, I find it's very similar to the EdT, but more dense and rich and longer lasting. I say go for it!

I have the edp tester. I completely agree on the tomato 🍅 leaf 🍃 smell in the fragrance. I also smell some rose oxide, burnt rose 🌹, the entire plant.
This is as close to a signature scent as I've ever come, its stunning, unique and always gets me compliments, the art on the bottle label is pretty too ❤

I found a GREAT deal for this one on Ebay because of your reveiw. I was afraid at first because sometimes fragrances with rose in it gives me a headache if its not mixed well with other notes. But not this one. I LOOOOVE IT! I feel like the rose is slightly blooming on my wrist. Not fully, but slightly. I found my rose fragrance and I'm not letting her go lol.
Oh yay!!! I'm glad you like it. It's super naturalistic and green which is sometimes a bit daunting but, Diptyque make some great things that are not of the Norm. :)

The SA sprayed Oyeda on my left arm and Lombre on the right. I instantly fell in love with Lombre. Hands down the best perfume since Frederick Malle Outrageous

This did smell very aquatic to me, but I had the EDP. It ended up being too peppery for me so I sold it. It was a very "cool" perfume though :)
It's a lovely one, I really love the opening more than the dry down, I do wonder if the opening stays longer with the EDP. I have to try it.

Somewhere I read someone describe it as vase water, with leaves and rose petals kind of decomposing in the water. On my skin, I completely agree.

Thank you for another great review😀, I recognize the quality but I think it is very masculine, since I perceive it with a strong aroma to leaves of blackcurrant, I wish I could perceive more blackcurrants instead of just the leaves😥

My favourite ! Loved your review! However, I live in a tropical country so I feel I cannot were the EdP when it is very very hot and humid because it is really powerful. Also I do not have easy access to the brand and, since it is a niche fragrance from overseas, it is very pricey for it to be my signature scent. Otherwise, I would be certain it was THE ONE. Could you recomend something a little bit lighter and perhaps easier to find for someone who loves L'Ombre dans L'Eau?
I've got volutes and oud palao, massively underrated house!
They are lovely, such a nice style, they're very natural and classy I think.

Amazing perfume!It has some retro feel,but never dated,it just takes me to some other time and beautiful place.Have the same sample,but it’s just a matter of time when will i buy it.Classy,elegant,beautifull,timeless.I got a great longevity.Don’t know if the parfum would improve that,as I tried Vetyverio both versions,and I liked edt more.

I own the edp of this and I own jo Malone green tomato leaf candle, and throw perfume reminds me of that candle. It's almost identical.

Absolutely! It's lush and green, and those types of fragrances suit wet weather. I always reach for green dewy things when it rains. This one has the added rose too.
