I have the CD/DVD combo. Nice Steve Morse tribute by Roger Glover at the start of the DVD. Personally, I never saw it coming. I thought Steve was going to be there to the very end. Even the last (originals) album, Whoosh ends with, "And the Address" ...the first Deep Purple song on their first album in 1968. So this feels strange to me. However the album is really, good. Strong effort.
In typical Purple fashion, they move on. Very sad around the circumstances under which Morse left. He was so important for the band and Purpendicular blew me away when it came out (and an album I revisit often).
the sound is so on for me 😊
Yes, its beautifully produced

Steve Said he was under the impression the next album was going to be the last one so we may get another 2 or 3 out of this line up. Who knows?

He has certainly left a great legacy with the band.
