I bought mine '96 from an elderly couple back in March of this year. It was always garage well maintained and only has about 80,000 original miles the interior is mint. I did ceramic window tinting put in an Alpine radio focal door speakers and 12-in focal sub. I've also done the Mach 1 chin spoiler and put on 17x9 and 17x10 enkei rpf1. Next thing on the list is an exhaust upgrade and then coilovers. And one last thing it scheduled to have a 373 gear set put in the rear not going to do many motor mods but the 373s will make it pull off the line so much better
It's so funny how "New Edge" owners hate on the 96-98, calling them ugly, boring, and slow. I have a 98 the turns heads, and gets a ton of compliments and attention on the road. I specifically gotten my 98 when I could have got a 99 because I didn't like the boxy body style stock. But with a little work, i think they look awesome! Everyone has their own tastes.
I bought a 5 speed 97 gt, in 2001 when i was 20... i owned it untill 2007 when i became a contractor and needed a truck! This makes me miss that car so much! I had a ram air intake and flowmaster exhaust
I got a 98 gt and you definitely need spaces for the rear wheels. It gives it an aggressive stance also another cheap mod would be under pulleys. Nice ride homie…
Horrible advice. Wheel spacers often work themselves loose causing the wheel(s) to fall off. If you enjoy taking off your wheels to check they're torqued every week, go for it.
Is it worth getting a 4.6 96 mustang at 17? I’ve have a couple of cars so far all on my own and I have a opportunity to get a mustang just don’t know if it’s worth it or not
If you’re going for a gt in stead of a cobra, the 94-95 are my choices! Much better than a 2v in my opinion! But if you’re going for a cobra I’d go for a 96-98 just because out of the box performance is already there

I like what you’ve done there. Not over and above. Just right man. 👍
Informative video and I appreciate all the knowledge bro. My only criticism is to delete the music it makes it harder to hear what you're saying.

@@COBRO98 opinions are like assholes everyone gots one. I haven’t had any kind of issues with the spacers and it a daily driver.
@hi-waybanditsinc.3518 it's not an opinion, it's a fact. The correct thing to do is to get wheels with the proper offset.
Just copped the 95 3.8 already in love
V8 only no point in those v6s

Its a solid starter car, relatively cheap to mod and maintain, and enough hp to have a lil fun. All depends on what youre trying to get out of it
I did not expect a nothing, nowhere. Hammer opening. SICK!!
Keep up the good work man 👍
Id say 2 inch rear wheel spacers, coilovers good starting point
