Nanny di it's plastic with vitamin e compacted in. And titanium metal. My hubby machines them. It amazes him how many baby ones he makes for round the world.

Andrea Robson I think there’s a rather big gap between their values as a family (acknowledging the problem of Climate change and being concerned about it) and the actions they perform in their daily lives (frequent air travel, frequent meat / fish consumption etc).

I always thought I am pretty fit, ,treadmill 5 days a week for 90 minutes ......went to yoga with my friend, LEFT me breathless, embarrassed and totally wiped out by our super fit 60 year old instructor, and yes it was BEGINNERS CLASS, LOL. Feel your pain Nadia & Mark.

Just a note about the excessive sweating. There are easy treatments for this condition. My husband and son both had this. The dermatologist gave them botox and it worked liked a miracle. My husband had botox in the arm pits. One shot did the trick. My son had a couple of armpit shots and some treatments for his hands. Mark you might want to check into it since it seems to bother you.

We just had a weekend in London at August bank holiday. We always watch out for celebrities and wondered if we might see Nanny Di or you guys whilst we were out and about. Afraid not but we did see Anneka Rice get into our carriage on the tube.
Nanny Di make sure you take probiotics (drinks, tablets and yogurts) to stop you getting bad bacteria or c. Diff in hospital.. start taking them before you go in. Good luck. We are all thinking of you. These vlogs are not the same if you aren’t in them. 💋💋♥️♥️♥️

Feed the dogs- I have a solution. Nadia can also feel the dogs. The girls can too. In my house everyone takes turns in taking care of the pets and chores and find we don’t row as much.
When Nanny Di’s recovered from her knee op, we need her to do seated/wheelchair yoga/exercise so she stays active. I am in a wheelchair and it is really good for the heart and joints. Unlike normal yoga it has some fast moves as well as slow. It is also good for mental health.
She's had one knee replaced so hopefully she's up on what to do. I'm paralysed form the chest down and have widespread multiple joint dislocations so am a full time wheelchair user too. Used to do pilâtes but even that's too much for my unstable joints these days (those I can move). I'm an ex Nurse and they get people up v v quickly post TKR, so I'm sore she'll be fine ♥️.
Evening! One of our poor dogs used to get fed by everyone and consequently ended up the size of the moon! Ha ha Bless her! My family grew up with the Freuds! Just thought I would add that! Ha ha

My mum had knee operation on both her knees .. please nanny di do the exercise they give you but don’t over do it rest when you can .. I got my fingers crossed it helps you out of pain .. be thinking of you !! Take care ... the last knee op my mum had she had cement put in x x ... wow mark the difference of you now with all your hard work is amazing .. it’s like you lost half of you !! ... if you want to see a knee op on what they do .. channel 4 or itv done a programme where they filmed operations live and a knee one was one of them .. really interesting x x

We solved the dog problem. The kids alternate weeks for feeding and walking our dogs. Their allowances and access to our WiFi are dependent on the job done.
