Mark, you probably feel like that because of all the concern about your Mum, even though she's fine now. It's only after the trauma and worry that your emotions and relief can escape and it can sometimes make you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Hope you're ok xxx love to your mum too xxx

How wonderful and reassuring to see Nanny Di looking so well. Can’t believe she’s up on her feet already. Thank you for letting us ‘come with you’ to the hospital. Nadia....you did brilliantly on your weekend. The copafeel girls look like such a lovely bunch. I’m sure India will be hard but I think you’ll have an amazing time with that lot....there’s bound to be plenty of laughs along the way. And I think you’ve proved to be an excellent choice as Captain. You’ll certainly keep everyone’s spirits up and make them all laugh. Way to go girls!

Omg Mark, I was crying laughing listening and watching you on about your ‘heirlooms’ and what you did to that Williams toy, so hilarious. Well done too to them both for keeping you in check Mark. I can imagine the worry of Nanny Di’s op would send you into a spin. Those “highs” can be as, if not more, debilitating and exhausting as the lows. Hopefully seeing your Mum and how well she is doing will have calmed your anxiety a little.
