I had sent an email to CIC regarding the police certificate and they responded to my email as follows: “In response to your enquire, a Police Certificate must be provided from each country/state where you have resided for a period of six months or longer since the age of 18, when applying for a Study /Work permit for Canada.”

I was in the process of gathering my documents for submission when I came across your video "Student Visa Rejected" after watching the video, I realized that you were rejected for failing to submit a police certificate. I then double checked my check list, just to realize it was no where on the list. So I went over to the CIC website, didn't see much information there, so I emailed them. They responsed the following day, so I had to go and get one immediately. Once again, thank you.

@@prinsraash8486 it depends when your intake is starting.if it's months away you can do it an your own pace.But if it's soon,applying early is good. In short there's no specific time but applying earlier is good . considering the long processing times

Please, if I am applying for a study permit for four years ( PhD ), should I put the annual tuition fees and annual funds available in my application or the whole study period.
Knowing that in this case my bank statement value will be divided to the whole period resulting in minimizing the total funds per year regardless any external work during my study.
