Hi Raj, for the supporting documents specifically for proof of funds, do I really need to show a bank statement? I don't have enough savings but I met the LICO requirement. Would that be enough?
Hi Raj, Do they need to show IMM 1017E at medical panel while doing upfront medical? If not what else the applcant need to show at panel to convince them to get upfront medical done for supervisa?
That's a wonderful way to explain the whole process. Thank you for that. The only question is what proof of income or income resource my parents can show?
This is such a informative video. Thanks for it!. Just a question I have: Do I need to notarize invitation letter for Super visa from canada by canadian notary to make the file strong?
Thanks for the video. I'm in a sticky situation with the super visa application for my parents. I applied for my mom and dad as a group and submitted my dad's application first. Then added my mom as a group member and submitted her application. My dad's visa was approved and after exactly 3 months, my mom's visa got rejected. The reason for denial was LICO/Insufficient funds. I added the exact paper work for both parents and my income is above the expected income. My father is retired and my mom is a home maker. What would you recommend I do in this situation?
Hi Raj, thanks for this helpful video. I have a question, if I am fully supporting my parents including flight, accommodation etc. Do I need to show their proof of income, bank statement, Income Tax Return from India or anything related to property as my father don't have anything just of his own. He has some shared property with my uncle. Do I have to show that? Also, I don't know my grandparents DOB and Death Anniversary date, can I just add Jan 1 xxxx year?
How are you supposed to get the medical exam performed if the parent is not in Canada yet? I'm confused. Do they get the exam done from a doctor in their home country?
Thank you for the informative video! I have a question: I need to get the most of my documents translated to English. Do I need to get them translated through Canadian Government approved services? Or any registered translator is ok? Thx
Applicants should use the services of a translator who is accredited (officially recognized or authorized) in the country where the translation is being completed.
How do we pre-screen health for our parents' health before the application, when we don't know which health clinics are pre-approved by Canadian Immigration Services?

Thank you for the informative step-by-step video; it has been very helpful. I've heard frequently that to strengthen the application, you should include additional documents for your parents that demonstrate strong home ties, such as property documents. Is this really necessary if I am covering their financial needs in Canada?
Hi, I am glad its helpful. Personal experience, just showed them as retired and didn’t show any such things, who in the world would think of strong home ties when their child is somewhere else requesting for a 5 year stay visa :) it is required for visitors visa though, hope it helps. It
@@invest4k Thank you once more for sharing your perspective! It really does make sense, especially considering that the whole idea behind a super visa is to allow parents to stay with their children for an extended period. I'm feeling optimistic after hearing your thoughts and am planning to start my parents' application soon. Do you recommend any specific companies for super visa insurance, or which insurance company did you use to get insurance for your parents?
My father was in army and then in police and no unemployed. So I click military and police and did the details so I just repeat the same details in work history ?? Cuz when we click military or police it asks us to put history and then next section is work history so I kinda have to fill twice ??

Hi, a question regarding health insurance - My family in Canada already have Health insurance from Pacific Blue Cross. Can I add my parents to that in order to satisfy their requirement of super-visa application?
Hi, there are requirements and if your insurance can issue a visitor insurance and suffice the requirements then yes, its a question for insurance companies, ircc does not care.

Should I do it under the same family group? I will also have to mention that my sister will be travelling with my parents. I do have grandparents is India and that can show strong family ties for my parents to go back. What else do I show for my sibling? She has a job. Hi, I have a question. My mother does not know English. If I help her submit the application online for the supervisa, is it a problem to do so? Will she get in trouble when she lands in Canada if the officer finds out that she doesn’t know English?
Hi, I am filling a supervisa application for my father who has had a Canada visitor visa in the past and holds a current us visa. So for the question “List your current country or territory of residence, then add all other countries or territories where you’ve lived in the past five years, for more than 6 months.”, does he have to mention all the visits to USA and Canada in the last 5 years where he had stayed for less than 6 months in each visit but in total yes he has stayed for more than 6 months in the last 5 years. Residence is only established when you stay in a country for more than 6 months or you are on a residence permit. So only places where he lived more than 6 months.

Thanks for info video. I got refused visitor visa earlier for my family ties in canada is the reason from them and can I apply super visa when my sibling is in PR status even I'm unmarried
No, unfortunately Super Visa are for parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents, not for siblings. If your sibling is Permanent Resident of Canada and if you are looking to visit, you would need to reapply for a visitor visa. Addressing the concerns raised in your previous refusal, particularly the issue of family ties. You will need to provide strong evidence that shows your intention to return to your home country after your visit. Thanks for watching the video.

Nice video man, under the relationship proof, they are asking for a document that proves my relationship to my parents, no? In that case, how a marriage certificate will help? Shouldn't I attach my Birth Certificate? Also, for second parent (mom), can I upload the same bank statements and fund as my dad if I am attaching their proof of funds?
Hi Raj, they refused my application because of this " List of all family members in child/grandchild's household not provided" so how I explain this? there is no where asking this question or I have to explain with invitation latter?
Hello, Mr. Raj , for supar visa for both parents, you had nicely mention all details for principal applicant(father) specifically in colum "Representative" answer as"no", but if father is filling form for mother then answer for " representative" must be "yes" and needs to fill details of father(principal Applicant) and also fill form IMM 5476 ? so can you share more details for filling mother's from in "rpresentative" questions
If lets say I am staying with my wife's family which are around 6 people, but only my wife is dependent on me and not her family members. So, for LICO, am I suppose to count all the people living in that house even though they are not financially dependent on me or I can only count me, my wife and my parents whom I wanna invite? And is there a way the government checks how many people are living in one house? Please lemme know, would really appreciate your help.
It is one of the proof but its not marriage certificate, you can either upload an affidavit confirming that or explanation showing missing marriage certificate because of whatever reason

Hi, in proof (Funds) in the end, my parents have their own money of 15-20 lakhs plus I am also supporting them as their son. Should we upload both my documents as well as my parents documents like bank statement etc. in this ?
Am I eligible to apply for my parents-in-law’s Super Visa if I recently secured a permanent, full-time job with an annual salary exceeding $52,662 CAD, which meets the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) for a family of four? My previous year’s Notice of Assessment and T4 were below the LICO, but now I can provide a recent pay stub and employment letter as proof of my higher income. Additionally, I am currently on probation at this new job, and I can also submit my wife’s part-time job pay stubs and our $14,000 in savings as further evidence of financial stability.
for the proof of funds If I am going to support my parents and if I don't have savings but my job income is sufficient can I provide that instead of bank statements? Also I have some savings about 2.5k in stocks in wealthsimple can I include my latest statement from that account? Also My parents doesn't have any savings but they have Investment in India in Mutual Funds can that statement be also added to Proof of funds?
Please select right options as per instructions to land into a super visa application, in any visitor visa application you need invitation letter anyways

Hi, just use name as per passport :) They only care about legal documents, if you have more than 1 legal documents with different spelling, please attach affidavit which confirms that they are same person.
Hi, i have 2 questions. i am applying for my parents, and there is no last name on my passport and they have last name in there documents. so should i put yes -inthe question where they asked for another name used in past or no? my second question is for my income-if it was less last year, can i use both mine and my spouse income?
Hi Raj, question for you. My MIL’s supervisa was approved but only for 3 years instead of 10 years. It seems like they put the date of expiry as the same date as her biometrics expiry date. Her passport is good till 2032 but her biometrics is valid until 2027. We put all this effort to apply for a supervisa and its only valid for 3 years. Is there anything we can do besides reapplying again for a supervisa? Thank you
Thanks for the reply Raj. Either way its a pain to submit a super visa application. You need to provide so much information. Oh well, I will be more mindful of it next time.
Hey Raj, to confirm, I must log in to my IRCC portal to apply for my parent's Supervisa correct? Or do they have to create their own IRCC portal and fill these out?
Hi Raj, we do not have any plans to visit Canada in near future, still should we apply for the Supervisa now or wait till we have actual plans to visit? As we can't have air tickets or medical insurance without any definite plan. But at the same time we want a visa so that in case there is an emergency we would be able to travel without much waiting time for documentations. Thanks
Hi, Thanks for the informative video. I understand its an outland application, however, once the super visa application is submitted can parents travel to canada on TRV? Thanks
Hi, my mother is here in Canada on Visitor Visa, and when I went to apply for visitor extension, it gave me option to apply for super visa after all the questionnaire. I applied for Super Visa with all the documents and now I'm seeing that she can't apply for Super Visa from Canada. Can you please guide?
Hi Raj, My parents in India Gujarat. So as you said I can open on behalf of my father and fill n apply. 1- he can able to open account with IRCC ? If yes then 2- I fill all info for them does Immigration does know that fill by son instead of father on father name by CANADIAN VPN?
Nope, they don’t do such checks and its irrelevant for them so don’t worry, i have done it for many people over the years and have 100% success with all applications. Nothing illegal here, representation is only necessary if you want to receive their documents, no harm in having their own email to save some complexity.
Hi Raj, I am looking forward to apply visa for my parents from India to Canada in 2025 January. I am confused whether to apply for Super Visa or Tourist Visa. Which is better right now with all political tensions ? Also whether we would 10 years multiple entry tourist visa for parents now ? Also super visa would be multiple entry 10 years, right ? Another question is whether medical can be done prior to application? How to get it done ? And Insurance for one year when we are getting whether we need to get 4.5 months in future as the processing time is that? Whether we can cancel the insurance for 1 year in case they would be staying less than one year ? Any complications that I should be aware of ? Thank you so much for the informative video. Highly appreciate your help. Thanks

Hi Raj, is it necessary to provide National identity number?. which mailing address I need to fill, my parents home address in India or my address in Canada who is filling a form for them?.
Hi Raj thanks for the informative video. I am currently in the process of applying for both my parents. They have about 10000$ combined in savings. I meet the LiCO since last year. My sister and her husband is on WP, we live together. My question to you is that does my parents have enough funds of their own and does having my sister here will affect the decision on Visa. Thank you again for your help.
What if the NOA or T4 has net income lesser than current annual income? I mean if we get a more paid job in meantime (after the latest tax filing), can we use Employer Letter to show the existing annual salary which could accommodate more members eventually?
Proving Ties to Home Country: Is a bank balance certificate sufficient to prove strong ties, or should I provide bank statements for the last six months for my parents? Upfront Medical: Is there a specific IRCC form or document needed for upfront medical exams in India? Medical Insurance: Considering Manulife but looking at Travel Shield for a cheaper quote. How is Travel Shield with claims, especially for Pre-existing conditions like diabetes? Tentative Departure Dates: Planning to invite parents next summer (2025) for up to five years. Can I state in the invitation letter that they will return to their country? What departure date should I put in the application if applying this month?
For proving ties, more of a physical assets and relations. No docs needed for upfront just reach to registered medical clinics, they know what to do. Manulife is great, i would recommend. For departure, you can mention anything above 1 year but reasonable enough. If you need more info, please feel free to reach out - invest4k.com/book-appointment
Hello Raj, thank you very much for all these explanations which are a precious help for my request. Please, I have 2 questions: Do you know how long it takes on average to get a super visa? And in your video you say that you can make a medical appointment beforehand. How do I go about this? I am in France. Merci beaucoup. Très cordialement
Hi, I am glad its helpful. All visa's are delayed including Super Visa, estimated 90 days right now, but I am sure it will be further delayed. I am guessing 4-5 months.
Could you please confirm the order of below steps in a super-visa? Just a thought if we can plan things in an order: Step 1 - Upfront medical exam from IRCC approved clinic Step 2 - Get Air tickets Step 3 - Apply for Canadian Health insurance for 1 year Step 4 - Get all other documents ready to be uploaded Step 5 - Super-visa application submission

And is ADHAR card ok to be given in proof of National Identity document? Can you also help me to go through before I submit
No need to add your children, Indians don’t need to give national identity
@@invest4k thanks for your reply
Hi Raj,
I will be applying for my parents supervisa. I meet the financial requirements but I want to make sure if i have to show my parents bank account as well?
No need to
Nice video man, under the relationship proof, they are asking for a document that proves my relationship to my parents, no? In that case, how a marriage certificate will help? Shouldn't I attach my Birth Certificate? Also, for second parent (mom), can I upload the same bank statements and fund as my dad if I am attaching their proof of funds?
Marriage cert for parents and passport for you :)
@@invest4k Thank you but my Canadian Passport doesn't have their names.
Hi Raj, they refused my application because of this " List of all family members in child/grandchild's household not provided" so how I explain this? there is no where asking this question or I have to explain with invitation latter?
Definitely they have asked this question. Without that how will you prove you are their daughter/son.
Hi, thats for RCIC representation. Ideally your mother is a co-applicant. I would advice to follow the video
Your family is just your wife, kids + anyone else you sponsored for PR or super visa.
@@invest4k oh okay....so, basically it doesnt matter that my wife's parents and grandparents live in the same house
not as long as you dont legally act act as their sponsor.
Do you need any strong reason to apply for the super visa? such as giving care to a child.
Family reunification is fine, I have templates on my site which covers the reasons and works
can we upload the parent's passport, which shows the spouse's name instead of the marriage certificate. thanks in advance
It is one of the proof but its not marriage certificate, you can either upload an affidavit confirming that or explanation showing missing marriage certificate because of whatever reason
Hi, I made a mistake while filling the super visa application form. It's clerical error happened on typing parents' parent name.
How can I fix it. ? Do I need to withdraw my application?. If yes, how is possible.?

Hi,
My husband just came to canada in September so we don’t meet the income requirements. How can i meet the requirements?
You can only meet it through the NOA, so you will have to wait till you do, meanwhile you can apply for visitors visa.
Good video I missed out on the first part the application is for how many people, Can I edit it somehow
Yes ofcourse you can as long as you have not submitted. there should be an option in the top left.
Hi, in proof (Funds) in the end, my parents have their own money of 15-20 lakhs plus I am also supporting them as their son. Should we upload both my documents as well as my parents documents like bank statement etc. in this ?
Yes you can upload both.
Hard unless you show all docs including bank statements, please feel free to reach invest4k.com/book-appointment
for the proof of funds If I am going to support my parents and if I don't have savings but my job income is sufficient can I provide that instead of bank statements? Also I have some savings about 2.5k in stocks in wealthsimple can I include my latest statement from that account? Also My parents doesn't have any savings but they have Investment in India in Mutual Funds can that statement be also added to Proof of funds?
+1 @invest4k: @Raj- need your inputs here please.
@Parthgajiwala9829: did you get any answer for your question?
I am applying for mother, i don't see letter of invitation option at all
Please select right options as per instructions to land into a super visa application, in any visitor visa application you need invitation letter anyways
Hi, I am not giving or sending any money to my parents to come to Canada but I will be helping in booking their flight tickets and of course take care of them while they come and live with me in Canada. Should I answer 'yes' to the following question - 'Is someone else giving you money for your stay in Canada?
Yes you should if they are going to stay with you.
Hi Raj,
My parents name is spelled different in my passport than their original name. Would this cause issues with the visa processing? TIA
Hi, just use name as per passport :) They only care about legal documents, if you have more than 1 legal documents with different spelling, please attach affidavit which confirms that they are same person.
Why does my parents super visa application starts with V instead of PG?
The application number will have V in it as its a visitors visa, PG will be in stamping from what I understand.
Hey, Is getting medical examination letter means indications of visa approval? What’s next step after medical examination??
Nope, it means they started process
Do you need to book flights tickets before applying for visa ?
You can do that or show approximate iternary

Hi, i have 2 questions. i am applying for my parents, and there is no last name on my passport and they have last name in there documents. so should i put yes -inthe question where they asked for another name used in past or no?
my second question is for my income-if it was less last year, can i use both mine and my spouse income?
If they have 2 different versions of their name, yes. Yes you can use family income.
Thanks for the video, very informative. Can I still apply my parent for PR if she is under supervisa?
I am glad its helpful. Yes ofcourse
Thank you
How long it took for processing?
75-85 days
Nope, reapplying is the only way to move forward, good part is that it will be quicker next time.
Thanks for the reply Raj. Either way its a pain to submit a super visa application. You need to provide so much information. Oh well, I will be more mindful of it next time.
A quick question about the Relationship(Proof) document. As a father, can I submit my son's Passport to prove my relationship with my son?
yes
Does a separated or divorced partner count toward family size?
No
Hey Raj, to confirm, I must log in to my IRCC portal to apply for my parent's Supervisa correct? Or do they have to create their own IRCC portal and fill these out?
Create a separate one for principal applicant lets say your dad and add your mom as coapplicant in it as mentioned in video
Thanks
You will need medical insurance to apply, go for refundable. Super visas are relatively straight forward so apply when you plan to come ideally.
Thank you very much
Sincerely
Hi, Thanks for the informative video. I understand its an outland application, however, once the super visa application is submitted can parents travel to canada on TRV? Thanks
No because they have to submit passport for stamping once requested. If they are going back in few days then they can.
Is this ok to do medical exam after submit the application??
Yes
Thank you for the video Bhai , what proof we can show under purpose of travel ???
I have curated a template that can be used to show the details invest4k.com/links/
She can apply but she has to go outside canada for final approval

Most likely cuz they can go for visitor visa in that case
How to upload photo

Hi Raj,
My parents in India Gujarat. So as you said I can open on behalf of my father and fill n apply. 1- he can able to open account with IRCC ? If yes then 2- I fill all info for them does Immigration does know that fill by son instead of father on father name by CANADIAN VPN?
@@ateand8569 this is also my question, what is your experience?
Nope, they don’t do such checks and its irrelevant for them so don’t worry, i have done it for many people over the years and have 100% success with all applications. Nothing illegal here, representation is only necessary if you want to receive their documents, no harm in having their own email to save some complexity.
@@invest4k Sounds good, Thanks so much brother!
Hi, can you please tell me how much funds my parents need to show for this?
Nothing, you can be their sponsor. Tried and worked several times.
Hi Raj
I want to apply super visa for my mother-in-law. Is it possible to do so . Or should my husband needs to be the inviter for her.
Your husband can invite his mom along with you. You cannot solely do it.
Thanks
Please watch the other video where I have compared both, the details still apply. Please reach out if you need to learn anything in detail. invest4k.com/book-appointment

No, its just you inviting them, your sister is not their or your dependent.
Hi Raj, I'm on a low income 38k and i want to apply for the supervisq for my mom, for a family of just 1, do you think i can still qualify?

2mb per file
Or
2mb per application?

What if the NOA or T4 has net income lesser than current annual income? I mean if we get a more paid job in meantime (after the latest tax filing), can we use Employer Letter to show the existing annual salary which could accommodate more members eventually?
You need LiCo requirements in your NOA but you can definitely put explanation if your current salary meets the requirements.
Please, I have 2 questions:
Do you know how long it takes on average to get a super visa?
And in your video you say that you can make a medical appointment beforehand. How do I go about this? I am in France.
Merci beaucoup.
Très cordialement
Hi, I am glad its helpful. All visa's are delayed including Super Visa, estimated 90 days right now, but I am sure it will be further delayed. I am guessing 4-5 months.
Could you please confirm the order of below steps in a super-visa? Just a thought if we can plan things in an order:
Step 1 - Upfront medical exam from IRCC approved clinic
Step 2 - Get Air tickets
Step 3 - Apply for Canadian Health insurance for 1 year
Step 4 - Get all other documents ready to be uploaded
Step 5 - Super-visa application submission
Yup! Makes sense. You can choose when to do medical but has to be done upfront, rest all is good. Feel free to reach if need help invest4k.com/book-appointment
