Agar bccha chota hai or abhi hyperactivity down nhi hua hai to avoid kro . Ya phir kuch din mat do phir dekho kya effect ho rha hai . Problem ye hai ki jo sweet fruit hote hai bo hyperactivity ko increase krte hai but nutrition bhi to jroori hai hum sb kuch to stop nhi kr skte . So observe kro kitna effect ho rha hai

Same place or same time pe daily bhithao uthne nhi dena jab tak activity pura na kre . Marna nhi hai bus uska hand pkar k krate rhna hai or jab ak activity bo kr le to thoda free chodo phir uske bad phir base hi start kro

Hii ma'am mai b himachal se hu recent delhi ncr rehte hu mujhe school admission mei bhut dikaat ho rahe hai koe b mujhe as a shadow teacher accept nahi kr raha bolte rules ni hai ye wo.....bhut pareshan hu beyta 4+hai mild asd hai need base bol leyta hai behaviour disoder hai thoda verbal stimming hai abhi.....so pls suggest and send me govt guide line link so that i convenience the school .....
