With the current times and things are so rough for so many people, I pulled up this video again. Sometimes I feel like we are reliving the 70's. Wars, bad economy: gas rationing, high food prices and recession. Wish our government would learn from their mistakes. Anne says it so well in this song. Loved and still love her music.
Loved this song when it came out. 1st song l remember hearing by Anne Murray was "Snowbird". Anne has many hits. To name a few.... "You needed me" "Could l have this dance" "Broken hearted me" "Lucky me" "I just fall in love again" "Just another woman in love" "Shadows in the moonlight" I have alwsys said, if you want to listen to a smooth relaxing voice in Country Music listen to Anne Murray, Crystal Gayle & Christy Lane.

Anne’s voice is so warm and in her day she had many good hits. Her voice is reminiscent to me of Karen Carpenter. I’m glad you somewhat resonated with this one. I grew up with the rolled up newspaper and now we have social media and we can decide what we listen to and read. Some things that have happened in the past or very similar to what are happening now. There are universal events. We all feel the impact of negative news and I’m glad now that we have a choice to some degree. Good reaction!
I Never really got into Anne Murray like that. But this another Good One. Very Relatable for ALL Who turns on the TV Everyday and seeing that there's nothing but Bad News.
I love Anne Murray she has one of the best voices of all time and she's cool even though she is from Canada the king said that she had one of his favorite voices she's in the same realm as Karen Carpenter no problem they're both Queens
