Can someone help me out pls. What is rental yield % for a typical BTL these days? And rental yield for service accommodation pls? Thanks a million. God Bless.
@shauncairns7670 6 was just a cash purchase, and I've already refinanced and purchased the next one, you can do this regardless if it's a bridge or was purchased on a mortgage, but if you purchased it on a mortgage to begin with, you would take out a second mortgage which Replaces the first. It will be more expensive though, because the new value will be higher

Can't really blame 1 person's choice of making better an old house to maximise use for an area with high demand for temporary housing. When the government could put policies in place to maximise building more housing or relax planning permission so more higher buildings could be built so we're not in a housing crisis.
After losing my job and turning 41 lately, I'm at a turning point in my life. What options do I have for making big investments now that I have 425k saved for an early retirement at age 50, 10k in an HSA, and a property that might provide an extra 200K?
Not going back to work. I'm unsure whether to consolidate all my investment accounts into one. If I do, how should I handle it and what should I be aware of? I also plan to sell my property, which could bring in an extra 200K over time. Should I combine everything into one account or spread it out across different investments?
These are key questions for a financial planner. I connected with mine at a summit, and with her help, my wife and I reallocated our 1.7M portfolio between a traditional IRA and brokerage account. She’s been managing the investment with our approval and has helped us recover twice our losses. Currently hodl’ing steady and cautiously navigating the market
What is more impressive: buying the property for only £74k, reconfiguring and refurbishing in 12 weeks, or getting an updated valuation at £215k?
Love you, Samuel. Because of you, I managed to build my property portfolio to over half a million. Thank you so much!❤

Avg yield on a BTL I think is circa 6-8%
Is this a C1 use class?
Why’s Samuel acting like he doesn’t know what a ring camera is… lol
Naaaa I watch you film this I live right opposite this house hahahaha
Haha no way
How can you refinance if your a cash buyer
He might've used a bridging loan or investor to pay the seller then switch to a BTL mortgage
Get the mortgage after you purchase the house

This is the reason why there is a housing crisis.
How so?

So im to blame for a housing crisis???😊 it's got nothing to do with the Torie government not building new houses since they came into power 😅
You are spot on. These people are parasites.
Nope - housing crisis is because gov't stopped building council houses in the 1980's and Uk's population has grown significantly since.

It makes sense to consider a financial advisor at this stage, but delaying retirement might be a smarter choice

That’s impressive! My portfolio has been struggling. Who is your advisor?
June Renae Matthysse. Look her up online, she's well-known.
