My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience

Just watched a couple of videos you are a real inspiration sir! I dont know the full scale of your operations yet, but i have had the tought of when you operate a weave of businesses like this to have a deep clean firm that services everything. Not the day to day cleaning but a firm that comes to locations once per month or so with real professional gear, carpet cleaners, steam, advanced chemicals etc. Throw in a janitor in the team and you can do locks and light service at the same time. When it comes to cleaning and businesses ive noticed that ''home blindness'' is really a thing ''The word Swedes call 'Hemmablind' which, roughly translates to 'Home blindness'. It means adapting to environments without questioning fault. We stop seeing problems to the extent that finding a solution slowly makes its way to the bottom of the to-do list until it drops off into passive acceptance.''

When you have so many businesses working together what way do invoices work? I assume they are all operating as seperate entities, how about VAT implications along the chain? Maybe a silly question just never been involved of something of this scale

James do not stack your chairs outside the ice cream store, it send a perverse incentive that the store is closing down. Just watched a rory sutherland video and he literally spoke about how that can makes customers think that your closing there for there are time pressures on top of buying a drink. I wonder if you will read this, if you want the video I can link ya.

James why not start doing hot puds to go with the ice cream when the weather is colder or out of season? You could do hot apple pies, sticky toffee pudding etc. You could have the branding, pos and menu so they flip when the weather changes. Similar to the menus at McDonald’s when they flip the menus from breakfast to main menu at the end of breakfast service.

We absolutely do that already. We sell more apple pies that you could possibly imagine.
But ICE cream is what we’re famous for.
Bowling centres sell ice cream and slushes but they’ll never get people do bowling on a sunny day.

Are you sure you want the hassle in creating more flavours. When you analyse the queue a majority of customers want the Vanilla.(stick with that). With all respect yourself and Directors are not Icecream people and maybe stick to your other ideas which is obvious my marvelous.Cheers
