Yeah, but these videos of some kid using their parents' property to make a tiny house, etc gets old fast. In most places, you can't have a standalone tiny house due to code/laws so it ends up coming off more as parents helping their hippy disappointment more than anything
For now. That can change. I don't begrudge rich people their ability to buy or commission prototypes either. Eventually if the new concept is popular it becomes more affordable. Cairo's minimalist, monochromatic home fits in beautifully with the overall lovely space he requires to create. He must have sound-color synthesia 🎸🎶🌈, so understandably he prefers a "blank canvas" interior in order not to be distracted while creating his colorful music. It's spacious, well designed, and a wonderful place to connect with his family and friends. Cairo is a true Renaissance man who creates music, sings, as well as does photography, nutrition, breathwork coach, editing, producing, etc. His minimalist home belies his multi-faceted, multi-talented personality! Cairo is an amazingly talented man. Thanks for sharing.

I absolutely love seeing examples of multi generational living! If you have a healthy relationship with your parents, I promise you it is so enriching. My husband and I have built an apartment in my parents’ home after my dad survived a stroke. We originally planned it to be a only few years so we could help while he recovered. They told us “you can stay forever as far as we’re concerned”, and now we think we probably will.

I feel calm merely LOOKING at Cairo's home! The white, the wood, the green plants and outdoor lawn - a total sanctuary. And I love the lighting beneath the kitchen cabinets - soft and gentle. How could he not create magic in that space? You can just tell he's a special human. And remember, Bryce and Rasa, you were the inspiration. So many lives you are impacting through this amazing channel.
He is adorable, such gratitude and enthusiasm. I also have synesthesia: when looking at certain modern art that’s very monochromatic, I hear music! As an artist myself, I got on a path making paintings that honor it. Love this guy. And the meaning of his house. ❤️
I was so pleased to see there is a separate room. The house is beautiful, but I look at the tiny houses and think”could I live here? Where do they do their sewing, or crafting?” Cairo has made the perfect home. Such an interesting man, too! Thank you for this video.
I'm so impressed by his personality. He's a dreamer then achiever. And he likes to keep things organised, neat, clean and tidy. He's not ignoring his hobbies (it's really important) just like he said you have to put yourself first, people overlook this and that can lead to depression sometimes so live your life to the fullest, do what you like and enjoy your hobbies. Love the house, but love the family dynamic and sense of community even more. And how lovely to see a tiny house in such a built up area - a reminder that you don't have to have hundreds of acres of wilderness to go tiny!
While I personally prefer more color in my living space, Cairo has created such a gorgeous, minimalist space for all of his varied talents to blossom that he must be highly commended for his designs! He surely must be an inspiration for so many people! Well-done!!!! ❤
Brilliant. So functional, specially the open living room and how it connects and opens up to the garden. The bathroom (spathroom) is inspiring and teaches that it is worth for a room to be calming or peaceful or positive instead of just neat or pretty. Very cool house-studio and owner as well. Cheers
“Sometimes the most SELFLESS thing is to be SELFISH at some point, because you can’t give the best of yourself unless you give the best TO yourself.” This thought is just WOW! If you’re reading this comment, Cairo, just want to let you know that i’ve been greatly inspired through this video! THANK YOU for that!
He calls it communal, I call it multipurpose space. FABULOUS! Perfect fit for him. It allows him to use all his gifted talents. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we all had the ability to express ourselves fully as Cairo lives. He is so Blessed. I love the simplicity and still has lots of storage as well.
So happy that Bryce made it to the UK! Being a South London gal living in Western Australia 🇦🇺 Cairo your talents are inspirational ❤😊 Best wishes to all viewers. Your comments are incredible 😊
What a beautiful and charismatic person Cairo is! I was very struck by the association of colors with sound. As a musician and music therapist, I'm absolutely connected with what he said. The house is wonderful, a real dream, simple, elegant and functional. And you Bryce (as I have written before) are the great inspiration of this whole tiny houses movement that is becoming bigger and bigger! We're not only discovering "magic" homes but also interesting people. A hug to you and Rasa
Cairo your home is lovely and your energy is amazing. It's so cool that you have found a space that you can enjoy your art, creativity, healthy living, and your family!
Thank you for finding this gorgeous small house and showing it to us!! The owner/designer of this home has an exceptional sense of space, design, self awareness etc, what an inspiration!
Absolutely gorgeous! And the house isn't bad either! On a serious note though, this is so perfect. I'm not a minimalist at heart, but I find myself happiest in a minimalist home. For me, it's a mental health thing, I need the clean and clear environment. But my art space is where I collect all my little eccentric bits and bobs. And if I had a garden, that would also be a celebration of colours. For a calm soul though, I need a calm home.
What an amazing person Cairo is. Truly inspirational. Not only has he built a beautiful, functional home, but he has done so around his loving family. This is how we were meant to live...in peace and harmony with our surroundings, loved ones, drawing strength from each other and keeping out negative influences. Thank you for yet another great video, Bryce.
Not being in any way a minimalist, I was not sure how I'd view this one. BUT, with Cairo's enthusiasm and explanations and all of his creativity, I LOVE this small home with him in it - it's so perfect for him! And he is so wonderful to listen to and to watch as he talks. I really and truly enjoyed your visit with Cairo, in his beautiful home - it has everything he needs there, and then some. I'm happy for him, and I wish him well, always. 😊
I love the way Bryce interviews all these beautiful people. We get to see the passion for their home and get to know a bit of their personality as well!
Cairo designed an amazing home. It’s nice to see a smaller home, even though it’s not a true tiny home. The pull out closet under the stairs is brilliant! The whole place is a sanctuary, and I love the natural light from above, plus the huge doors leading to the beautiful garden offer uncluttered views. I think it’s so interesting that he has synesthesia. The white/blank wall spaces give him a blank canvas on which he sees color while creating music. So cool!
This place is so beautiful. It's one of those spaces where you realize you don't always need to be living in a big house to have all the necessities in a home.
Echoing others’ comments, Cairo is a fabulously interesting and humble character, clearly super talented and good on him for building a life he wants to live as well as a home 🌟
My Dad was a professional musician when young, he sees colours when he hears music, which is funny as he's red/green colour blind. Cairo has built himself the perfect studio for all his many passions.
Having the lot on the street side really help since he can have an entrance that comes off directly from the street and so doesn't require walking past the main house always. It gives the back unit much more autonomy when he wants it.
It's a great point in favour of adding smaller homes. Their garden is very likely much quieter with the completed building between that and the street. So many people would love to downsize to a tiny home and still live in a familiar neighborhood. It's not all about being in the middle of a forest, as Cairo said.
What an inspirational person! The tiny house is awesome and so multipurpose. I really enjoy watching the different walks of life. Thank you for your videos.
To have the windows in the roof gives you very much light and it's so cosy and private inside the house. Well done in this small place. Good to be focused. Well done...
Thanks to you both and to Cairo for sharing this - he is such a cool person and I could listen endlessly how he expresses himself. And: the interior of the house is mindblowing (and I have already seen a lot of beautiful homes on your channel ;-)). Cheers from Austria, M.
i just want to watch a show about this guy's life! he seems like such an interesting and kind human:) also loving the whole house, probably my fav video!!
I am very fond of this house, everything is well thought. 😊 many good ideas. I like the fact that you can practise yoga, or dance preparation, and you can sing or play music in the studio, stay creative thanks to the work room, and rest immediately on the sofa when you are too tired …you do not have to walk a lot, you can fall immediately on it and take a small nap or take a cup of tea, make a small pause. The opening window is great … the sun ☀️ comes generously inside and it is important for the energy 😊👍🏻💐 This is an ideal home for a creative person. I remember this home now. 👍🏻Namaste 🙏🏻Thank You so much 💐
Totally love this house! I’m a fan of color but Cairo’s use of a monochromatic palette makes everything look big and cozy at the same time. His home has everything he needs with the least amount of clutter. Cairo can add “home designer” to his list of talents!
I'd definitely agree with that, and I am a designer! Cairo is very handy; the house he crafted is brilliant, especially when I consider how many functions he needed to put in - it serves as a house, gym, spa, gathering space, music/photography studio... Well done, indeed!
I loved this specific studio home as it matches the home as a creative sacred and creative space by a very gifted and blessed young man Cairo. His energy and soul is just a blessing to hear. May he always be blessed and loved for his place on this planet.

I absolutely enjoyed this episode..What a guy, so much talent and a big heart! Love his uncluttered home too. 😍
I've never met Cairo but this made me feel so glad and excited for him.
I love these small home videos. Tiny works for a lot of people, but I’m looking to build something a little bigger but still small
Love the house, but love the family dynamic and sense of community even more. And how lovely to see a tiny house in such a built up area - a reminder that you don't have to have hundreds of acres of wilderness to go tiny!
So happy you did a Uk video , I’m from Uk so it’s cool to see what’s possible here
We have loved our UK tour and can't wait for another trip soon!
You can tell Cairo is living a beautifully peaceful life. I love the place, but his vibe is
✨ immaculate ✨
While I personally prefer more color in my living space, Cairo has created such a gorgeous, minimalist space for all of his varied talents to blossom that he must be highly commended for his designs! He surely must be an inspiration for so many people! Well-done!!!! ❤
Amen. The lack of color would drive me mad, but the place suits Cairo to a tee. Long may he enjoy and create in it!
What a beautiful person Cairo is! The energy he and his home exude is just so peaceful. Thank you for this wonderful video!
1. Bryce-able - new technical measurement term😁
2. Spa-throom - new favorite word
Love, love, love this episode!
Incredible design!!! Incredible soul!
I could tell right away he is a good human being. I wish him all the best!
This is one of Bryce's best stories. Cairo is beautiful, just like his home. I loved it.🥰
A beautiful, talented human and a peaceful, beautifully clean space. I love this episode. And close to one of my favourite places in the world.
BRICEABLE & SPATHROOM! BRILLIANT! Two new words I'm taking into the New Year! Thank you Both!
I love the way Bryce interviews all these beautiful people. We get to see the passion for their home and get to know a bit of their personality as well!
Love this episode, one of my favorites ❤ it’s wonderful what this human being represents he’s such a beautiful soul and so inspirational 🙏🏽
The home is beautiful and Cairo is a special guy. What a lovely family❤
Everything about this episode was so beautiful
Cairo designed an amazing home. It’s nice to see a smaller home, even though it’s not a true tiny home. The pull out closet under the stairs is brilliant! The whole place is a sanctuary, and I love the natural light from above, plus the huge doors leading to the beautiful garden offer uncluttered views. I think it’s so interesting that he has synesthesia. The white/blank wall spaces give him a blank canvas on which he sees color while creating music. So cool!
Not done watching yet, but LOVING IT!
He created this house soo good
Each room makes sense and he has used each space so well 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 absolutely love it
One of the best so far and its not just the house, the owner is also admirable.
It is wonderful to see people coming back to family living. Enjoyed so much about this visit with this fine young man.
I am in love. With Cairo, his house, his values and his lifestyle ❤️
This place is so beautiful. It's one of those spaces where you realize you don't always need to be living in a big house to have all the necessities in a home.
It’s lovely to see a functional caring family ❤
Echoing others’ comments, Cairo is a fabulously interesting and humble character, clearly super talented and good on him for building a life he wants to live as well as a home 🌟
Love this small house, I could live there….seems the perfect size, Cairo is amazing and the house reflects his personality/gifts.
My Dad was a professional musician when young, he sees colours when he hears music, which is funny as he's red/green colour blind. Cairo has built himself the perfect studio for all his many passions.
The best channel ever!
Thank you, Bryce! ❤
Thanks for watching!
100%
9:04 the pull up bar is an amazing idea! More people should have this.
If I ever build my own, I'm planning to have one instead of a ladder. It would be great to swing out of bed every morning 😅
This guy seems like a proper quality guy. The fact he stated he wanted to help his parents as they get older is the one.
Cairo is incredibly talented and this build is stunning. 💖
What an amazing young man who really lives his life to the fullest. His parents must be so very proud of him.
What a fabulous artist and human being! I love his breadth of vision, work and artistry... and his home is wonderful.
I love that you value your closeness to your family. I hope for your success in every way you want to express life. ❤
This is my favorite episode so far. Cairo is such a beautiful, multi-faceted man. I love his home and his energy
i just want to watch a show about this guy's life! he seems like such an interesting and kind human:) also loving the whole house, probably my fav video!!
Cairo is such an endearing man, I love how he designed his home.
Cairo we love the home you have created for yourself. The design, layout and the decor/ color scheme. Well done 👍👍
Love Cairo's heart, vision, and artistic expression! This is by far my favorite episode!
He's really neat👍🏻 I love that the house is bigger than a normal tiny house with less stuff.
I loved this specific studio home as it matches the home as a creative sacred and creative space by a very gifted and blessed young man Cairo. His energy and soul is just a blessing to hear. May he always be blessed and loved for his place on this planet.
