FEBT Trackwork South of PA-475 on 2024-05-18

Friends of the East Broad Top working on spiking track about 350 feet south of PA-475 on the March to Saltillo.

Imagine Victorian navis (sp?) doing this job with sledgehammers. Those men worked so hard to build and maintain the rails.

Actually at the East Broad Top they still very much use spike mauls to do the work, its quite the exercise.
