Can y'all imagine how cute Patara is going to be when she becomes a grandma?
I will only marry someone who lets me bring a baby goat to bed 😂😂😂it’s on my list as a prerequisite now.
When I was a Realtor you encounter several different things. My most interesting event that happen to me was a scheduled closing where my buyers came with their new baby goat. In order for then to sign all their paperwork I got to hold and feed the baby. I fell in love with goats at that moment and hated giving that baby goat back.
That is cuteness overload. I'm so glad you found her in time and brought her in. Your animals are so lucky to have you.
I've woken up next to an old goat before (he's the ex now 😆 ).. but nothing as cute as that! 🐐💕

Awe! My ex use to bring day old calves home in the dead of winter. I'd spend so much time with them near the wood stove trying to keep them from pneumonia. I'm right with you..do everything you can. As for the yea hoo who said he'd divorce you if you brought animals into his house, he wouldn't be worthy to have you for his wife anyhow. Remember, Bedouins bring their prize horses into their tents with them to sleep at night.

We have had to bring one in our home in early fall when the temp was to cold for an abandoned newborn. We think mama thought she didn’t make it. We warmed colostrum we kept stored in freezer and used the same kind of syringe you did. We dried the baby “Miracle” with a hair dryer. Mom had had another kid and had cleaned and settled in with her her. As the day warmed (we live in Alabama and it warmed up in the 70’s) we took her to meet her mama , not knowing what to expect. She sniffed her and after being satisfied that she belonged to her, we made sure she was nursing well and gave them space. That’s as close as we have gotten to feeding and having one in the house. I learned some great tips from you just in case. Thank you!
Patara you are such an awesome person. I admire your life style. As a young child my brother raised piglets in his bedroom (when the litter was too large for Mom to handle). Rest his soul.. he's passed away but would have been 74. He had such a way with the farm animals as you do. Keep it going.. Luv ya & your videos. Blessings to you and your family 🙏
Precious! New life is such a blessing - especially during this time when so many are leaving this world. Just lost a friend to COVID and my another of my dear friends just got out of the hospital after 7 days literally hanging between earth and heaven as she fought against the virus!! I needed something to lighten and lift my heart - that little baby goat was GOOD MEDICINE for my soul! Give her a squeeze for me! Thanks for sharing - love your sweet spirit! There is a goat farm in New York that sells trips to their farm for $200. They also sell the goat milk, goat cheese and goat milk yogurt.
Anyway, they put pajamas on their newly born baby goats to help them stay warm. It's so fun to see them romping around like a noisy herd of buffalo in their jammies! They handle the cold weather better.
I love your critter/little child voice, it's perfect. I used to talk to things like that and my kids loved it. So thankful you got there in time to save the little bugger.
