It's a neat coincidence I have also been replaying AC 2 for the past few weeks. A Unity like remake with stuff from the renaissance book would be awesome! Some things to note: 2:45 - you actually don't need to pull the lever 27:47 - in the original versions of the game unpatched you can even sheath the weapons and keep them 31:33 - This is just a lighting choice for the cutscenes etc 32:22 - This glitch can actually happen by other means at complete random. Although hard to replicate without the Armour/tombs it has happened to me post story when roaming in Venice
The city in India was irradiated by PoE as in Piece of Eden, which is the Celestial Weapon. The acronym POE or PE has been used to refer to pieces of Eden throughout the glyphs.
The first one is truly is the saddest easter egg ever seen 13:58 didn't notice that Altaïr and Desmond had a scar on their lips. 4:23 and I thought if we didn't do it. I thought it will get Desynchronized. Then I guess I can refuse the coffee because I always hated it. 😅 27:47 I remember that. I remember hitting the Pazzi gangs with a broom which it was fun to do while we're not an assassins yet
Me: plays AC 2 for the first time, hugs Leonardo Also me: plays Leonardo disappearance missions in Brotherhood, "nods head" The dark me returns: plays AC2 for a second time, disconnects controller when Leonardo opens arms to hug Ezio Nothing is true, everything is permitted.
also Mohenjo-Daro, India has nothing to do with presumed radioactive ash layer. It was debunked and really is a mistranlslation leading to futher misconecptions. I really appreciate this video but I really don't know where this information came from and it makes me question the rest of the data here.
I was watching one of your videos on subject 19 on the videos of Eden, In one of videos he talks about the nexts games that would be coming out. But we wouldn't know that as we didn't understand at the time!. Just show you how deeply they can go thinking ahead. It is and always be a favourite game of mine. You have put a lot of work into this well done, I may have to play it again, Thanks
EASTER "9": I just realized after finishing sequence 9 that there are 3 mystery keys and not just 2. The key in one of Leonardo's puppets in sequence 9 is only the 2nd in the game. The 1st is in Leonardos puppet in sequence 4, which can be eliminated only by jumping from above on the puppet, but looting this 1st key is almost impossible.
I remember when Ezio's uncle responded "it's-A-me-Mario" I busted out laughing so hard that I accidentally dropped the controller. Truly one of the funniest references in gaming.
I had a similar multiplying archers glitch in Florance. I searched the gliph near Ospedale when it occured, I don't know what I did before, the guards triggered for only a sec, and most of the archers got multiplied, I ended up restarting the game.
Does anyone else remember a similarly-themed video like this uploaded around 10 years ago? It must have been named nearly the exact same and uploaded by a channel by a similar name. In fact I wonder if it was your channel and you've rebranded or something?
I don't know if cypher hidden messages are random or if they are linked to a precise image but Some of them are missing in the hidden message part. Bit Sad cause i still struggle to find the meaning of some of them
Assassin's creed 2 had those Subject 16 missions,i loved them, they combined history with the Isu and Apple things.Like, seeing an apple and thinking "loook, this one too"it's making You believe all this shit was real. And I love it
To be fair, historical inconsistencies could be explained away by templar manipulation - they are manipulating history in-universe, after all. So, if anything, AC2 can be used as historical education to teach one important thing: history is written by the winners, so don't believe everything you're told.
Yo, I didn't know about giant squid. And man, does it looks interesting! I now want to replay the game again, despite the fact that I already beat it again, after a very long time. Or, I can just use my backed up save file, where all of the templar tombs are not completed and, well try it out.
Connor and Arno aren't the best but I feel like they're underrated as protagonists go in the Assassins Creed series. My personal favorites are basic as fuck but it would have to be Altair and Ezio.
The criticism of the alternative weapons sounds in this video is NOT true. Only the author of this statement did not understand the reason for hearing such sounds. Criticism of the visual presentation of the mentioned characters and criticism questioning the eventual affection of Catarina towards Ezio is also not justified.
First of all there is a huge difference between pointing out something and criticize something. The first is making aware of a fact, the second is judging a fact. I never said that it was stupid or smart, but simply pointed out the fact that instead of having a proper set of sounds and animations, those items strangely share sounds and animations of proper weapons. Characters wise, again, no criticism, but simply explaining that in the game their representation isn't historically accurate. Caterina was 17 years old and Machiavelli 19 and they are both visually older than their original age. Feel free to explain how is that a criticism and why they are either incorrect or not justified.
@@AssassinsCreedSeries You have the right to say anything. Nothing against that. The term "criticism" has more meanings than the one commonly known and used on the Internet. I don't want to explain and describe each one, so I'll just draw attention to the fact that the ability to graphically present the visual side of the characters is directly proportional to the ability to graphically present anything at that time in 2009. I will also mention the fact that people more than half a millennium ago usually lived to a much lower age and visually aged much earlier than after 500 years. And as for the audio inconsistency in the sounding of the alternative weapons used, the author probably didn't notice that the clothing of the various depicted characters like soldiers also had metal elements and accessories. In the case of a physical collision, even with only a metal accessory of clothing, the sound is similar to the same as when purely metal weapons collide with a wooden broom, if it also has metal rings and they had metal rings, just examine them in more detail in the game or in video with higher resolution.

I can relate to this lol, I was eating while watching the scene and made me regret that I didn't hug back at that time.

5:07 wouldn’t PoE mean Piece of Eden? A celestial weapon of mass destruction..?
Yeah, as said already, I was focused on the military aspect, didn't thought about that.
The soundtrack of this game is somewhat magnificent
This is such a great work all put together and done accurately! Thank you a lot! I really appreciate!
You have honored the Creed
5:07 PoE is Piece of Eden in the AC universe
