- RPA business analysis has been receiving a lot of attention lately, and if you're a member of our community then you know that I always advise our members to try to specialize in some domain or system if possible.
In this interview, I sat down with Vijay Nair to talk about his experiences implementing an RPA solution with Accenture Consulting to automate the mortgage correspondence process for a banking client.

You are right, if somebody is asking me about RPA then i would have explain it better then him even i was't working RPA.
Our company has a home-grown RPA tool. The capability is equivalent to that of the available tools in the market!
Very poor audio quality from mr. Nair , unable to understand what is he saying , words are breaking even TH-cam is also not able to understand him and convert it in subtitles.
voice is not clear... lil hard to understand
I'm an RPA BA and personally didn't feel that your guest was a good representation of what we do. He wasn't straight to the point and waffled alot in his responses. Maybe reshoot with another guest. In addition, the sound quality of your guest in comparison to yours was pretty bad also, so found it difficult to hear.
