Reminded me of my childhood and growing up. We used these idioms without even thinking about it. Just seemed as though they were such normal expressions.

We can learn the idioms we don't know, using wiktionary if really necessary, and then come back to the video and listen to it without looking at the text, stopping if there is one we still don't understand. Learning a foreign language requires to listen very carefully to perfectly understood advanced linguistic material. This type of presentation allows us to do it (being attentive 13 minutes is ok), while "slow" presentations even if more easy in a first stage, makes the last phase of the learning process impossible.

@@LetThemTalkTV That's just perfect. We can learn the idioms we don't know, using wiktionary if really necessary, and then come back to the video and listen to it without looking at the text, stopping if there is one we still don't understand. Learning a foreign language requires to listen very carefully to perfectly understood advanced linguistic material. This type of presentation allows us to do it (being attentive 13 minutes is ok), while "slow" presentations even if more easy in a first stage, makes the last phase of the learning process impossible.
