    Fact for those interested.
The Tsar bomba is already pretty much at the border of how much yield a nuke can have in terms of damage caused per kiloton of power.
Above it , you get decremental results , because most of the energy from the explosion gets sent into space and wasted.
So if you think a 500 megaton explosion, 10 times the tsar bomb , would have 10 times the destructive radius, that’s not how it works.
The actual destructive radius on earth would be maybe a few more kilometers while 90% of the energy would get blasted into space. Detonated at enough height the fireball would be huge and have a huge radius where it burns people and buildings.
Dropping 10 tsar bombs would have a way way larger impact than 1 single 500megaton bomb.
But even this is ridiculous and unnecessary, the last several megaton USA bomb , the B53 with 9 megatons of power was disassembled in 2011 and now the b83 is the largest one active with 1.2 megaton.
Accuracy is much more dangerous and useful than sheer explosion size.
People worry about how bigger bombs can be now days.
    They are much smaller.
Modern dangers are more the sheer accuracy or speed.
Like Chinese supersonic missiles that are impossible to stop.

Even if you detonated all of pure uranium on earth on one spot, it wouldn’t change the orbit one bit.
And also, that’s not how scaling works, the explosion wouldn’t exactly have doubled, the bigger the explosion gets, the more you need to put in to get it to double. 100MT wouldn’t have been as much bigger as you think, of course bigger, but still within the same league

nothing since it has a 2 megaton warhead and in any case even if it had 100, water is the best thing to contain the explosions and in any case to make the tsunami more powerful that of 2004 in Indonesia to create waves 10 meters high they have been calculated that it would have taken not 10 not 100, but rather 56,000 megatons very far from 2 megatons of the poseidon torpedo which needs to be seen if it exists, and if it exists in what state it is seen that even the burevestnik the nuclear propelled cruise missile flew only for a few km and nuclear propulsion didn't even happen, indeed in another test it exploded killing 6 famous Russian scientists in the field of nuclear weapons in Archangel oblast.

Not because you lack intelligence, but imagination, experience, or education. "Simple Math" would be of little value to accomplish this. For this effect we need Geo Physics and a carefully calculated burst at just the right point, to set in motion geological forces...nature and gravity would do the rest. It is actually a simple-medium level Engineering problem.

Big bombs are less destructive than many smaller bombs, though, so the big ones only make sense to split asteroids the size of Texas. There is a reason that the largest devices in the USA arsenal are about one half megaton or less, especially in the good old days of nine thousand warheads or more.
