But in case you don't know,there are already mods that change the muscles on Raimi suit so even if that is require,it wouldn't be that hard for modders. The hardest thing would be animate the lipsync animations for Tobey's face in cutscenes etc. And that might took a long time to do but im not a modder so i won't say it is impossible. Edit: Just checked Nexus and saw a unmasked version of Raimi suit with Tobey's face,not really accurate but look good enough.

I feel like the only thing wrong with Tobey and Dafoe is their hair dont match with the ones from the movie and that's why they look kind of weird.
