Thank you, if you go you must go to Puck’s Glen, that entire area is amazing, the botanical Gardens are also amazing, I didn’t have the time go their last time, but also worth a visit. Dunoon town is also nice, we’ll be there this Christmas for a few days, really looking forward to it. Let me know what you think if you go there.
Jochen and Jane, it would of been even lovelier if we got a wee glimpse of Jane but I’ve always wanted to see where Janes from. I’ve driven around Scotland twice and always missed out Dunoon. It looks absolutely stunning Janes a lucky lady coming from such a beautiful part of the world. You look good Jochen, the ferry, did you drive over via ferry? Have a fabulous time with Janes family. Love to you both I didn’t see if you’ve got the kiddies with you but there’re not so young now. Big hugs xxx
we didn't have the kids with us they are 19 & 21 now and the last hing they want is to hang out with the old folks 🙂 love you too sweetheart, next time when you come to Scotland stop over in Dunoon and you must visite Pucks glen it is a magical place, love you
I left that place with some sadness in 1983. I was fortunate to live there for 13 months while in the Navy. I truly miss Scotland. Thank you for sharing.
You are more than welcome, Dunoon is a wonderful place, I have a deep.connection with it and have been there many times and always look forward to go back.
I lived in Scotland for 16 years and it was an amazing time when I was younger. But now it’s totally different in Dunoon. There is nothing going on, cowel games is nothing like it once was and the council destroyed the town..
I see the change too we have been coming to Dunoon for 30 years and things definitely changed and not for the better. However it is still a lovely place to visit.
My mum and all her family are traditionally from Dunoon, thankful to see such beautiful coverage. 🖤
Thank you, we still have family living in Dunoon, it is a lovely place, it has gone though some changes within the past few years but still lovely.
Cool video, thanks. Dunoon looks like a fascinating place to visit 👍😊
