this video took about 3 weeks of recording to make. I was doing it in parts, that means i recorded only the section with spawning and litting up portal to get as perfect cut as possible, then the next section, then the next section until the video was completed. then put all of them together in editing software and here you are, 55s tas. one of these clips was really really short, about 0.5s and it was right after you see me looking at crafting table. it was crafting some stuff, and duping items (also killing an enderman i believe. i remember how painful that was to do perfectly). in the process of editing I JUST MISSED IT SOMEHOW. ive got an old prototype, in which you can see i missed it too

I want to thank @AndrefPL for help in making this tas. He not only found the seed, but helped me to get best strategies and tried to make this TAS as fast as possible.
(actually i believe he had better strats but im too dumb to listen)
Explaination of glitches:
-Item Duplication:
minecraft saves player inventory and chest data in different files (level.dat and region files), that allows me to open chest, put my items in, crash the game (task manager) and then load it again. the result is that i have items both in my inventory and the chest.
-No damage:
Rejoining world gives immunity for 3 seconds, funny useful mc mechanic
-No pearl cooldown:
the same as no damage, after quitting world, game does not save your pearl cooldown, so after rejoining it, you can throw next pearl instantly
-No tool breaking:
with unbreaking, items have a chance to damage, since its theoretically perfect speedrun my rng just decided not to damage it every time i mined something
-Pearl Hanging:
throwing a pearl and then lowering my render distance so it doesn't render until. mechanic common used in RTA runs

the ender pearl bits are the most fun aspect of these TAS's ive seen. Throwing 2 in different directions and appearing somewhere for .5 seconds to kill a wither skeleton and the instantly getting TPd god knows where again is peak performance.
people do that in legit speedruns as well, if you throw a pearl and reduce your render distance the pearl won’t touch the ground so when you turn it back up you’ll instantly tp

I'm always amazed by TAS speedruns because everything looks so perfect and even though they take so little In-Game Time they can take up to months to do. Very well done mate

I kinda wanna know what TAS's look from a second person perspective tbh. It's Always going so fast you can barely even tell what's going on, so I think having another player watch what's going on would be pretty funny to see.

Hey, give yourself some credit! Making a TAS is an absolute nightmare. I’ve made a couple for an old ace combat game and it bloody sucked. I eventually gave up on the whole thing.

Honestly, a TAS is just as impressive if not more than a real speedrun. Not only does it take insane patience, but pulling of certain tricks and manipulating the RNG takes knowledge of the game beyond what a good 99.9% of the playerbase has.

Wow that’s awesome man, I can imagine the pain it was to make this, just curious how Minecraft TAS works because I know you can effect the ARG but can you effect the movement of the mobs or is there any factors that are truly random, and if so do you have to do multiple runs?
Just curious because Minecraft is a very unpredictable game. Also again great job with the creation of this.
well, commands allow me to many many things. i can also manipulate mobs ai to go wherever I want, but this wasn't used in this run even once. for the rest, usually /summon does the job, but i have to first confirm that it's mathematically possible for mob to spawn there

@@highballed you could probably automate it but I think most of those machines still use tnt dupers, wonder if its possible with feeding it a lot of tnts, bcz if that makes it easiee there is a lottt of crazy good creeper farms, thatd be so good

The biggest takeaway from this run is that I never knew you could make beacons in the nether
you can even do it below the roof, beacon beams go through bedrock so if you just mine the netherrack out of the way its fine
