true story I am 1.92m or 6'3 out of bed In the morning and 6'2 1.88m during the day,,,,we all lose an inch during the day.but I still claim 6'2 or 1.88m

I am Hispanic I am 5ft8 in a half in the day at about 7pm I shrink half a inch I don't feel tall or short really

It's crazy that we lose nearly an inch of height from morning to evening, and extremely tall people like 6'8''+ lose even more height throughout the day, like over an inch.

Hey doctor, I was wondering what height I should claim in metrics and imperial if I measured 181.5cm 10 hours out of bed, at 18:15 , 5'11 1/2 . The day before the measurement was taken I slept almost 8 hours from 00:30 to 8:15 , I had been running before the measurement,for 35-40 minutes, swimming,driven a car twice. What height should I claim? 182cm 183cm 181cm .. strong 5'11 , 5'11.5 , weak 6'0 or 6'0 flat? Thanks in advance!

Who do you need to claim it to and for what purpose? The height changes throughout the day, so your height is variable.

Depends upon what time of day you are making the claim and who you are trying to impress. Are people asking you how tall you are in casual conversations?
