Does anyone know about the cut-in point of the cross fader on the S7 mixer? In the utility’s menu, the cut in point for the cross fader is set to 0, but there is still a few millimeters of dead sound, when tapping the cross fader, before the sound actually cuts in. How can this be set so the sound cuts in immediately, when tapping the cross fader
Gate Cue mode: Press the HOT CUE button twice to enter GATE CUE mode. Pads 1-8 trigger Serato DJ Pro Cue points for the duration the pad is held down. Upon release, the deck is muted until the next Serato DJ Pro Cue point is help. Holding SHIFT while pressing a pad triggers the Cue point normally
Not much bro, analog vinyl is pretty limited at this point compared to music in digital format. All that hot-cues and looping and so forth on the newer mixers requires the use of digital music. Sure devices like the RMX1000 and so forth can do tricks with analog sources, but that's not incorporated into the modern mixers at this point and I doubt it ever will be. People love digital music and things are moving more in that direction the longer time passes....
