I decided to clean injectors on my 2011 Ford Figo 1.4 tdci
Car Has 69000 km, Made this video because this kind of video was not available for Ford.
So I decided to Clean the injectors at home.
I connected the fuel inlet to Liqui Moly Diesel Purge and return pipe (green) to same bottle.

Material used :
Solution 500 ml bottle of Liqui moly Diesel purge
1 meter of Clean water hoses
1 Clamp
1 Bottle (Heat resistant suggested)
1 Electrical tape

Thanks!! See if this works for u orelse service karlena injectors ka.. n old engine h tho thoda knocking rahega but above 2.5 rpm its a fun to drive
One hell of a Video sir. I had to change one of the injectors due to serious knocking on the highway. If only i could have seen this video in the past. I would suggest everyone do this. If you feel this is difficult run it with less amount of fuel directly from the tank. I know it not the best way but that can also help.

Sir if I remove diesel tank pipe will diesel not come out from tank

Yes karsakte, but agar injector boht he awaz kara tho ye option b hai. Or else for regular maintenance using the purge in tank directly is a good option alteast once in a 2nd or 3rd full tank.

Yes we can but Sujal the process is very slow I think it will take atleast 3 full tanks for the effect which I got just in 50 minutes of engine running on the pruge directly
This process is very safe .... My car had lots of knocking issue and now it's more then 2 mnths the engine runs very smoothly. yes I used a diesel additive once in last 30 days ... In a full tank bcoz I went on a long trip.

Yes, hota h diese FIGO kl injector mai 2 main components hai NOZZLE and SENSOR, isme se agar kuch khrb hua h tho hojata h repair, or else agar boht knocking hai tho you can get it serviced and recalibrate it. Best thing is to use best quality diesel in my city Shell is the best,, u can also try once diesel additive per 10 Ltrs 10 ml so u can fill the tank full n use it, I am sure knocking n black smoke kam hojaega

Bhai maine aaj apna diesal filter ka connection hta k fir se lagaya to key on krne pr diesal filter hot ho ja rha hai thoda. Kya problem ho sakta h maine aapke video me dikhay setting process ko same kiya h

If possible check karna pipe fit karte waqt kahi se turn ya block tho nai hua h ya press hogaya hu .

Sir aap ye try karsakte ho aur carbon cleaning karwalo but agar injector bohot he khrb hua h tho usko replace ya repair karna he sahi rahega warna baki n injectors khrb hosakte h load k karan.

yes it does . You can put it direct in the Fuel tank as well but with a new Diesel Filter and it will do the trick
Also ensure that you use when the car is in reserve full it will have max effect like that

Great Experience, I bought this car 2nd hand.... I was very tight on budget n I needed a vehcile I bought this for 180k which I think is worth, I had option for swift and I10 but I went with Figo as most imp priority was safety. The build quality the safety measures are best in what options and budget I had. Stability on high speed best doesn't feel m driving a car which is a decade old ... The infoment system is great when paired with the phone .I haven't upgraded the system with screen as I already have a reverse screen Installed. The stock speakers are top notch, I only changed the tyres that to for my safety n comfort or else those tyres were also good. M definitely not going with another brand in near future as the next car would be eco sports... I haven't driven it yet but already confirmed. Personally I like WV polo but that was not in my budget that time.
I have driven it almost 26k km n it's been 1.5 year I bought with odo reading 53k n now its 79k
@@Stark11990 u got very good deal, I also bought figo ,13 model , it's fully genuine , till date no problem ,I also wana to change tyres right now .I bought on 58k run , now 69k run in 11 months only .

I bought Apollo amazer 4g, I wanted to install YOKOHAMA EARTH1 but those were to soft for the terrain I drive ....

Last step not needed this engine doesn't have fuel pump in tank switch on off of no use in ford 1.4 tdci engines
Fuse No. F15 (Ampere rating - 20) is for FUEL PUMP only.

@@redion6561 HP pump is a mechanical unit which runs with engine rpm speed. It is non electrical.
