My boyfriends just bought turtle beach headphones and has an Xbox one s and his mic will just shut off out of nowhere yet he can still hear sound just people can’t hear him. The headphones are brand new so what’s going on??
Z Master ok that’s usually because you don’t have your headphones plugged in so are you sure that you have updated your controller? Is there a heaphones connected sign coming in at the top right corner?

Update the controller than press home button scroll down to headphones if mic feedback is on turn it off.

Yes go to the bottom bar and turn it all the way down and put mic volume and sounds volume in the middle it’ll work.
