Meghan showed her lack of ability as a boss. Every good boss knows that your staff work better if their work environment is harmonious and are loyal to you because you treat them, if not well, at least with respect - preferably both.
She doesn't come from a household where you had employees and has never learned how to deal with people who work for you.The same applies to their handling of money. Although the Markels were not poor, it would hardly have been enough for trusts, art, etc. Since they do not accept instruction or advice, problems are inevitable.
A big part of the problem was that her staff were far more highly qualified, more experienced, and more professional than MM. She had never worked at a senior level anywhere, and had no managerial experience whatever. She was surrounded by people who were the best in their respective fields, and she was clueless. To assert herself, and to overcome her own inferior education and ability, she felt she had to undermine, subjugate, and abuse them into submission. Dreadful carry on!

She was known for how she looked rather than her acting skills. She has no managerial experience. She has no relevant qualifications. She hates looking stupid. But Megan wants the microphone, she wants the awards, she wants to be the centre of attention because she thinks her messages carry wait and are the most impressive thing ever said. Unfortunately with to many lies, unprofessional approach and poor work performance it makes it hard for me to believe anything she says. Her employees are leaving in numbers and quite rapidly. Anyone that has a business will know that she as the boss has something to do with it. Reports of tears, unreasonable work environments and inappropriate communication and unacceptable behaviour seems to be the cause. While she won’t admit it the numbers of people both in England, America and abroad prove it. I would love to be a fly on the wall but I dare say I already know the answer. I hate the fact kids could be exposed to this kind of stuff. She could well be causing issues for those kids if they hear her and have new nannies every few months as they go away regularly and the nannies are probably professionals but the fact that they have to cope with demanding, inappropriate behaviour and loud demanding behaviour that looks like a toddler behaviour in action. Archie would be affected by this I’m sure. Kids are quite smart and emotionally sensitive and would pick up that Megan’s emotions don’t match that smile.

The suggestion that the children need Harry's intervention and protection and the suggestion that Charlotte and Louis will have problems growing up would certainly impact on any parent. She knew Eugenie before Harry, I saw a couple months back a vid here on YT when all were on the balcony - Andrew behind the Queen, Harry's wife next to him behind, and Harry next to his wife. Andrew moved slightly to lessen the gap, which made Harry's wife move away closer to Harry and did not even look at Andrew . It was very subtle! Seemed on purpose! It's also been said that she did know Andrew, a whole wknd on a yacht! And that for a time afterwards, she kept calling him but he refused the calls, so she finally gave up. Circa 2014.

I disagree with the article about their assessment of Harry being without airs and graces, charming, but an enabler. As far as personalities go, Harry's lack of empathy for his grandparents in their dying days, points at a callousness that cannot be solely attributed to the presence of Meghan. It's one thing to be an enabler, but quite another to allow your wife to make the grandparents you supposedly love dearly's last days on earth a sad end to lives so full of accomplishments. Someone inherently good, although enabling, would make it clear that he drew the line very clearly where particular people or issues were concerned. The difference between Harry and Meghan is quite simply that Harry learnt early on that superficial charm will get you everywhere. It's Harry's go-to tool for being liked, getting positive attention, and ultimately getting what he wants. (Such as positive stories in the media back in the good old days pre-Meghan.) Both Harry and Meghan are highly narcissistic, but Harry's true personality was never on show in public. And if it did leak out, it was spun into a story of a lovable, royal rebel gone rogue. Harry's narcissism would likely not ever have been directed at his staff, because he would've been raised in a very particular way - to treat people who work for the BRF with respect. Meghan didn't have to learn this growing up, because she didn't have a staff of hundreds to apply it to. That's the only difference between Harry and Meghan: the ways in which their narcissism show up.
I agree, I have always thought Harry was very arrogant, he and Andrew have very similar personalities. The way Harry treated his grandparents was appalling, ditto Catherine and William.

Ah, but they didn't sign it. Messages issued from the Wales's themselves are signed "W & C", the birthday message wasn't. It's protocol for greetings to be issued to non-working royals on 'landmark' birthdays, such as Hazbeen hitting 40. The biggest thing for me to get over and forgive the duo from Montecito is their disrespect of her majesty Queen Elizabeth ll and Prince Philip, especially while they were dying. The cruelty they displayed to this elderly couple was absolutely beyond anything I have ever seen. The Grandparents of Harry had gone above and beyond to provide everything that Harry would need as well as shower him with love. In return, he threw their love back in their faces, let the world think they were racists and told lie after lie about them. I believe the Queen died from a broken heart. Harry can never make up for that. How does one forgive and forget that betrayal.
