It’s taken a while but having discovered this channel early last year and Adam’s effervescent and continuously upbeat food based tomfoolery I have now caught up and watched every single video on the channel, that’s approaching 8 years worth of content, this being video number 665, what a relentlessly positive oasis on the internet 👏🏻
I remember watching Adam ages ago where he could walk the streets in peace, now every person and their dog recognises him haha. Congratulations man, well deserved.

As a survivor of anorexia I’m always one calorie away from slipping back into old habits, I’ve watched a few others do eating challenges and I have to say you’re fun to watch and you’re not gross like some of the others I’ve watched, I don’t know how you eat all that food and stay so slim and healthy looking 😲😳🦞🤣
It's simply calories in, calories out. You can adjust your set point by adding muscle to your frame, as muscle just existing uses calories. So you CAN increase how fast your body burns calories, but ultimately it boils down to your average calorie intake, being the same as your average calories going out! All the best with recovery anyway love!
thanks mate, I mean this episode and the last one were both filmed prior to the announcement, and honestly there'll be no noticeable/dramatic change to anything...reduction in frequency is just to make sure I'm making videos I'm happy with :)
There are definitely new intros and outros i have noticed of late. The videos themselves have looked great for a long time. I think the newer ones have been a bit better. Most good video channels make small tweaks and changes that enhance the overall quality even when it’s not a dramatic difference but over time when you see the very first few videos compared to the latest the changes appear huge.
And once again, as expected, The Beard annihilates a challenge not beaten by anyone else!!!! A sausage roll for dessert? Weird!! Super job on the edits and content though!!! Thanks for posting, and keep 'em coming!!

He did one this last summer about 40 minutes from where I was working that day (the Philly trip where he did actually zero challenges in Philly). Had I known I would have driven over to cheer him on. I guess he doesn't want a cheering section and that is why he doesn't advertise his appearances in advance.

Love the videos - I always watch them when eating so I do not feel bad about the amount I am stuffy in my mouth. If you ever come to Japan I would be super happy to do the research into all the crazy food challenges we have here.

The best sushi in the world is in a guy named Jiro’s restaurant in a subway station; you need to make your reservation 6 months in advance and it’s around $350 per person. Think of it as an investment in a once in a lifetime meal. 😋 Moomilk- get that research done on the Japan food challenges ASAP!!! I’ve been to Japan 8 times on the way to the Philippines, and will love to hear of different challenges in Tokyo, so I can do one of them on my next trip! 🙏🏽 Domo arigato. ☺️

I like when the food challenges are actually a challenge. 45 minute - 1 hour challenges we all know you'll dominate. 25 minute for that much food. Had me at the edge of my seat
every single video, it amazes me how clean you keep your beard! Never 100% clean but pretty fucking amazing how its not a shit covered mess every challenge. Makes it more impressive!
My brother has a beard like that, and he is always gross as hell. The man is 30 with children and smells like mildew and always has a chicken nugget or something just nested in the beard. Always wanna show him these videos like “dude, do better”

I like when the food challenges are actually a challenge. 45 minute - 1 hour challenges we all know you'll dominate. 25 minute for that much food. Had me at the edge of my seat

My brother has a beard like that, and he is always gross as hell. The man is 30 with children and smells like mildew and always has a chicken nugget or something just nested in the beard. Always wanna show him these videos like “dude, do better”
