Love that cleric very handsome blade . I have a black contoured ultratech with a satin finish and m390 steel and i love how compact it is compared to my ZT’s, spderco’s and benchmades
Looks gorgeous. I bought a production version some time to ago but it had its issues so I didn't keep it....

@@Biblicalgiants The main issue was just the deployment and action of the knife. It worked just fine for the first day but it wouldn't deploy after that. The blade would keep getting off track. I returned it after a few days later. I'm sure I just had a one off.

I actually just ordered my first microtech Ultratech most expensive knife I'll own. I'm going to look into trying to see if I can have the those blue screws from the custom side added without the extra $500.

dude, your ultratech sounds like that because the grease on the spring has been removed. it's only going to get worse

@@playsauce the reason expensive otfs don't have a loud twang is because they ship with heavy grease on the springs that deadens the sound caused by their vibration.
Yeah I was really surprised to hear that pinging. My Ultratech does NOT sound like that. The ultratech is the thockiest OTF

I'm in the market for an off. These are cool but I feel like the switch would be more convenient on the top since that's how you hold it when cutting. And then 154cm for $300? When you can get an ultratech with m390 for $50 less?
it's CPM 154 CM not only 154 CM .
The shape of the button reminds more of something you would see as a slide release or thumb safety on a handgun.

Hey Jim, I'm new to your channel and have been enjoying your videos!!Very Sick knifes you own!And carry!!😂Now to brass tacks,I'm sorry to have to bug you with a question regarding my first OTF,a Microtech combat troodon s/e combo in a satin finish, handle is OD green.In short on the back side of the blade there is a section,like a blemish, running the length of the serrations and think this area didn't get the satin finish.It doesn't bother me cause the quality as a whole is Absolutely Amazing!! However I paid almost 500 dollars for it so I expect damn near perfection hahaha!!And I have a little play in my button after it broke in more,I just Hope these things are normal and if not I must of got a 2nd I guess.I tried reaching out Microtech and the company I bought it from and haven't heard a thing,so I would Much Appreciate any info on this!Its like Microtech is "hush-hush"or something!! lol !thank you

you have a habit of bragging about your low serial numbers and showing off your customs that most of us cannot afford. try reviewing with a normal version.
Random Person Not bragging. Like many within our community, I do my best to share in-depth knives that other people may not otherwise see. Many of mine have been 1-offs that unless I showed it, no one would have ever seen it. You must be new.
I just feel after watching your reviews while doing pre purchase research that anything I can afford is a step down. I'm not new to out the fronts. my collection is only 10 high ends not customs.
Haven’t bothered to find out the price because this shit looks like a fucking toy. Can’t believe some people like the look of this thing but to each their own I GUESS. I’d rather edc a morning stool inside a ziplock in my back pocket. Would be more useful and more beautiful.
