I am honestly crying in joy right now, just watching the whole video, not being scripted, and presented so wholesomely. I just joined an awesome team that want to have quality and sustainable products to serve our community in a positive and mindful approach. Unfortunately, I realized, they use the food distribution service Sysco, which also did a lot of digging into them and their shareholders, and found a lot of links to big elite organizations, and it was disgusting. I really value what you're doing for this country as the future needs more helathy foods, and to keep the money in the hands of the farmers taking the extra steps for the health of all involved. I am going to make a proposal to switch our food service distribution with yall instead, to live up to the name we want to create, so we may serve authentic food people can feel good about to purchase. Azure has been a game changer for me and my family. I have saved so much money by staying OUT of the stores and really being intentional about planning and ordering each month. I have way better quality food on hand, for prepping and storage, and cooking from scratch from a well stocked pantry. I'm also happy to be supporting a network of people and businesses I trust and believe in. I hope to have my own drop someday soon!!!

You probably already have high quality food there. We have too much junk food in the US and convenience food with junk in it that we really need to have a store like Azure!
I get a large order from Azure every 4 weeks and love all the products I get. I would like to see Pint & Half wide mouth. I love canning. I have two canners - a Presto 23 quart and an All American 941, and I use them both.
My in-laws live in Dufur. I was thrilled about a week ago when they said Azure bought the old Kramer's store. Of course, I went shopping and did find several of my favorite products there. We also had lunch. Not many options yet for plant based eaters like myself, but I'm hoping there are more options than just a veggie sandwich in the future. Oh and I also love the Missy J line of carob treats. I loved them so much I recently ordered the carob chips online ;)
Sad I’ll have to wait for wide mouth pints. I use them pretty much exclusively. Easier to fill and clean. I hardly use regular mouth at all anymore except for broth 💕✌️
I am certainly interested in the Azure pint and quart jars. I just hope they do not cost much more than what Walmart or Target sells them for. And, hopefully, they come with the lids and bands 🙏🏼
Me too. I like the 24 oz jars as well. It's just me & my husband, but I like to be able to can just what we would eat. I'm now starting ro make Elderberry Juice, syrup, and gummies & those jars would be perfect for storing the juice & the smaller ones would be used for storing the gummies in the fridge. I hope Azure will (when they're able), to make the straight sided jars as they're essier to get my hand into them to clean them out. We're working on trying to relocate & it will be a while. I am glad to learn that I can make a small order, I was worried that I wouldn't have the space to store everything I want to get. How do I get a booklet with the things Azure offers? Is there a link that I can go to to see what Azure offers? I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology, so please bear with me. Walmart and target are cheap stores and you get what you pay for. Azure is quality and family owned. I would rather support them. They are also USA made!!❤
@@lucinda9089 - It’s the Ball jars, which is what the USDA recommends… actually, the Ball and Kerr jar lids are the only lids used for canning that the USDA recommends for canning… and they are USA made for over one hundred years.

Wow. I love it when customers are considered when it comes to jars. Really will be nice to be able to write directly on the jar and/or label them and have a decreased risk of the label falling off. That is a HUGE improvement for those of us who don't simply use canning jars for decorations, but actually pressure can and water bath can. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO PURCHASING YOU JARS.

In my pantry the pull top cans seem to rust. Since noticing that I've avoided the pull tops. What, if any, experience has anyone else had? Perhaps it was the mixed meat stew type soups that are more likely to rust. I'd really like to know as it seems more and more companies are using the pull tops. Glad to see the jars and in real boxes. Pantry space can get limited and boxes are easier to carry up and down from the cellar. Thanks! Good to know about the lids, too. I'll be buying those as reusable lids are planet (and budget) friendly.
Where are the cans sourced from that you are using? Are they Chinese also? I purchase from you because you have assured us all is organic or natural. If I want a product in Chinese jars or cans I can buy them at Walmart
We use multiple co-packers who manufacture the canned goods for us, and the co-packers have their own varying suppliers that they source the cans from. The beans and veggies are manufactured by a company in the U.S. The coconut products come from either Vietnam, Sri Lanka or Thailand.
I love Azure but I can not reliably pick up b/c of my job doesn't meet the time and date in Howell, MI. I can't afford the shipping fee. Is there another way I can order and receive products?

The glass jars are made in Asia (Taiwan, China) as we were not able to find a US glass manufacturer that could meet the specs required. The lids and rings are USA made by Superb Canning. We continue to search for a manufacturer here in the US who can meet the same specifications for the glass jars, but for now the jars are being made by the same company that makes the competitor's glass jars. We know that many people would like to have every product that they want to be made in the US. We do too! And we will work toward doing so.

I've only used coconut milk with pull tabs and I used it in under a year with no issue. Thanks for sharing!
I have kept beans with the pull tabs for a year without rust. I do keep them in a closed cabinet so maybe that helps
