Picked up my first order from Azure of wheat berries, last week. Ground my very first batch of flour and baked the best bread I've every tasted. I'm just learning about how healthy this bread is for you. Thank you Azure Standard!

We buy the wheat berries from Azure and grind our own with a WonderMill and use it immediately for baking. I understand that once it’s ground it looses most of its nutrients within 72hours from oxidation. Love Azure❤ Store bought flour is void of nutrients….had zero idea until recently.

I love my WonderMill too. Nothing like fresh flour. The taste is awesome.

I buy Azures AP flour and it works for EVERYTHING. I can even make sourdough and high protein breads with it! Muffins, pizza, etc. It truly is an AP flour and has great stretch when it's asked to give it!

This is great. Can you put some overlay of the mill in this video? That would make it another step up again. :)

I’ve noticed that the new mills that Azure is using now that we’re made from the blue prints don’t consistently grind a very fine flour. The flour I purchased for years that was ground from the original mill was very finely ground powder like David describes. Not so anymore. Some batches are finer and some grittier than others. I bought whole spelt flour from Azure last week and almost a third of the product is coarse like cracked grain, with pieces of spelt up to 1/8th inch long. These new mills azure is using are producing a very gritty flour instead of the very fine flour the original one produced.

Our world is in a crazy tail spin, right now. Our health is our first line of defense, for everything. Taking steps to destress our bodies, and get them heading towards a better "us", is the best first step. It doesn't matter where we are at this point, it's where we are heading that counts. We can make a choice to stop where we are, and head down a better path. Some might have ailments, and feel like it's to late. It is NEVER to late to feel better. We have been allotted a certain amount of days on this earth. Shouldn't we at least make an effort to feel the best we can, in those days? We are all going to do them. It's our choice to do them feeling like crap, of feeling better than I did yesterday! Thanks, David.

You have two products listed as "Azure Market Organics Semolina (Durum Wheat) Flour, Unifine, Organic" in your catalog listing. COULD you share what is the difference in those 2 products, besides the price? I would like to know the one you use to make pasta.
