    Wonderful ideas with the eagle arms in High lunge, Revolved lunge and even the Eagle type legs after 3 Legged Dog!! I love it.

    Thank you for the variations, like 3 legged dog balance and all the eagle arm variations. You just don't see these.

    Beautiful series! Curious about the arms: I was under the impression that the leg on top gets the arm on the bottom (so the knee and elbow of one side are closest to each other). I've seen this before: the YJ page has the picture your way, but the text has it the more "traditional" way. That said, I can see how doing it the reverse way, as you do here in this flow, deepens the lunge twist.

      yogajourneys Hi!! Thank you for the feedback :) Yes I have practiced both ways too, for this particular sequence I felt it was better to do it this way but you could do it however feels best for you! 🙏🏼
