If I'm running short sprints like the 110 Hurdles or even the 400m hurdles, how long should I run for in order to increase my endurance, would running just a mile help, or should I try to run further?
I should have made that clearer. All of your serious training (for your races) should be sprints. To get more endurance for your races is from what's called speed endurance.
