There are 12 pairs of cranial nerve in our brain(12 Left side And 12 Right side of brain) In Which the 6th cranial Nerve which is known As Abducens Nerve which supply to lateral rectus muscle of eyes which is responsible for Abduction or lateral movement of eyes . Damage to the abducens nerve can caused by anything that compresses or stretches the nerve such as tutors,fractures ,increased intracranial pressure, and Diabetic neuropathy. The person who is affected to 6th Cranial Nerve Palsy usually present with binocular horizontal diplopia(double vision producing a side-by-side image with both eyes .
