Although there have been case reports of thromboembolic events after covid vaccination, the cause and effect relationship cannot be confirmed. So , we can’t attribute it to covid vaccine.
Treatment usually depends on the cause...it can be caused by CNS Infections like tubercular meningitis, orbital cellulitis , vasculitis, tumours and metastasis etc.
@@NEURONBUNDLE My sister is suffering from this from past 2-3years (after her delivery) and doctors are not be able to detect the main cause. Now we are hopeless 😔 kindly suggest something.
Was there any episode of fall in BP during or after delivery and is there any limb weakness along with problem in eye movement? It cud have been part of a stroke caused due to transient reduction in blood supply. Contrast enhanced MRI of the brain is advised if not done before .
@@NEURONBUNDLE yes she had low BP during pregnancy period and after few months of delivery she had infection (in form of a giant rash/puss pimple) in her nose which later spread on whole body. Which caused high fever, headache, dizziness and later she faced problem in right eye movement and double vision. Doctors had done all the checkups related to the problem. And result is Cranial nerve 6 palsy. And the doctors don't disclose the main reason just giving her steroids. We don't know much about this disease(as it's rare in india), even doctors are saying there is no proper treatment. We are just hopeless 😔 kindly guide me.
Whatever history and symptoms you have told above suggest that she had suffered from some brain infection that has caused nerve damage and cranial nerve palsy is the sequelae of that brain injury. If thats the case ,then the chances of recovery are less.
Excellent

You should consult an ophthalmologist. Depending upon the lesion / your disease, the surgeon can tell you all the possibilities.
