सर जी मेरी ट्रिगर फिंगर में बहुत भारी चोट लगी है लेकिन उसका गुड़ा निकाला है हड्डी नहीं टूटी और अंदर से अंगूठा उठना है कभी उंगली मन से हल्दी है कभी नस एकदम से तड़पती है सचिन जननायक टाइप होती 🖐️

Sir i have frozen shoulder after an accident in october 2022. I am doing exercise regularly. I can lift my shoulder up and down with full range. Now one and half years completed. That means 22 months completed. But external rotation did not come. What should I do? Kindly reply me soon sir.

Effected Rt shoulder, MRI report says Minimal fluid in both bursa, tendinitis, arthritis etc. Some time feels no pain and some time feels vegorus pain. If I message with muscle relaxant, it gives me relief. Cold pack also gives me relief. Can I do all these exercise. I have tried but some painful. In ghe night using pillow on the effected side. Is other house hold work including computer work should be stopped
