Education cannot be even in "ordinary" concurrent list let lone "special" concurrent list. Vijay knows it. So, he is simply exposing DMK while suggesting some half baked solution of "special concurrent" list which can never happen unless constitution is changed which also can never happen. No national party is against NEET. Only DMK members who own most private medical colleges are against it.
Mani maybe correct but powers, rules & regulations will be discussed n regulated in Parliament not in an ordinary stage( that too in 10 minutes speech)as a senior journalist Mani should be aware of this he simply want to oppose Vijay.

As a senior journalist I respect you but that doesn't mean that you know everything. There is always first for everything. And, then he clearly mentioned that AIMS,PGI few more colleges controlled by the central government might conduct NEET for Tamil Nadu students and Tamil Nadu colleges don't NEET validation. Like wise we can discuss more and set these as a regulation for a special concurrent list. Don't blabber and blindly criticize everything. If this is not possible, why don't we discuss more and come up with a more proper solution instead of blindly criticizing him ?

2. SC-15%, ST-7.5%, BC-27%,
3. Seat allotment is based on NEET rank
4. Own state 85%, other state 15%
5. I believe government school students reservation is 7.5
None of the above help the students if students can't clear the NEET exam. Our students studied in state syllabus and NEET exams will be based on NCERT, how come you guys are thinking this is fair validation? Here lot of parents are struggling to provide their children a proper schooling/education, now you are bringing another level of exams which is not at all affordable for economical weaker students.
