What would you do if Enji was your father?
for some reason i would feel hatred towards him because of the abuse

Such a tragic story. Instead of turning his son into the greatest hero Endeavor inadvertently turned him into one of the greatest villains
And the hotest one 😱🤭
Endeavour was trying to protect him want sane parent was to see quirk that's not harmful but can potentially kill him
He found another path just like they wanted.......

Something I noticed is that all 4 kids portray different (but natural) feelings for their father.
Fuyumi wants everyone to move past it and live in peace.
Natsuo wants nothing to do with his father.
Shoto resented his father but is slowly warming up to him.
Touya blames his father and wants revenge.

@@JoeFanik There is also Rei who wants to forgive but move on. The wife but that's some children and what you said is right. Toya doesn't just want revenge but to lash out at the world and take away what he was denied.
Ok let's be honest. A heat regulating body suit like would've probably solved his weakness. Even Shoto uses one.
And the fact that not even Toya himself thought of that is actually 😂.
Endeavor was rich. You'd think he'd consider that instead of disregarding him as a failure.
Endeavor can go 10 seasons as the "reformed father" but I will forever remember him as a wife beater and abuser of 4 children, sometimes sins are beyond redemption
That's why I still hate his character
I'm more in the "forgive but don't forget" camp. Like I acknowledge that Endeavor is trying to atone and may very well do so, since he's now a far better man than from when we first saw him. But I'll never forget the fact that he was once absolute scum and everything relating to Dabi is exactly what he deserves.
Same but I keep that same energy for villians. It’s weird how people hate endeavor but love Dabi. He literally killed multiple innocent people. They both are trash.
@@amorelockster1023 because Dabi at the very least has reasoning for his insanity. Not an excuse, but it’s sure better than endeavor
Bummer, I always love a good redemption story, especially when the person's done beyond terrible things, it's nice to see people change for the better, at least in my opinion

Yeah. It’s really messed up. Touya honestly deserved so much better...
he attacked his baby brother , disrepected his mother, sent an assassin after his brother, ignored endeavor asking him to stop for his own safety, killed 30 people

@@wusofomzora Him “refusing to listen” wasn’t stubbornness. Living up to Endeavor’s standards was literally the only reason Endeavor payed attention to him in the first place. It’s Endeavor’s fault for 1) Enforcing his training on Touya and 2) Not doing more to help him. Since all he really did to help Touya when he was hurting himself was tell him to stop and nothing else. He could’ve easily spent more time with him or at least gotten him a therapist but he decided not to. None of this is Touya’s fault when he was a kid.
@@natsuotodoroki Touya was fated to become a villain. If you Endeavor didn't, somebody else would've pushed him to become one.
he didn't fake his death he survived barely his own depression causing him to cry fire witch caused the mosts damage.
I won't deny that this beautiful man has done some pretty horrible things as Dabi, but seriously: Toyua deserved better.
If dabi trained he would have been like deku by now

When deku received OFA the power was so strong that it broke deku’s bones but with training he found a way to use his power without breaking his bones
Dabi on the other hand has a firepower so strong it burnt him when he used so if deku found a way to use his powers without breaking his bones then Dabi could have also trained and used his fire without burning himself
@@i_tell_u_hwathill8089 I mean the video here even stated that the reason Dabi burned to almost death was because Endeavor never taught him how to decrease his fire, that could be used as proof that if Toya was trained well enough he could be a good a hero, just had to learn how to have better control over his fire
@@i_tell_u_hwathill8089 he figured his powers out in the end and could have likely learned to use it without harming himself if he didn't destroy his own body before that because of endeavour.
Tbh, Toya being saved is the only way that I see Enji's arc being salvaged at this point.
Everything you did a good job with you explaining Dabi what's the new information we just got it recently I think you did well in adopting it and pasting it together in this manner it's definitely up there with the Amagi's video about Dabi that they made over a year ago we should have more views anyway keep it up.

What's really fked up is that he always blamed Rei for not stopping Toya to go to peak but when only he himself had the responsibility to stop (rie was in hospital) he couldn't stop Toya either

Nah, too many innocent people died because of his actions. He's actually more of worst person than his father.

@@ContagiousSponge How many people did Vader personally and intentionally kill, and he still got a redemption? Or how Loki "killed 80 people in 2 days" (compared to Dabi's apparent 30 in 8 years), let an invasion of Earth happen which killed even more people, sent the Dark Elves to where Freya was, weakened Asgard and neglected it's duties allowing Hela to easily take control and Thanos to get the Gauntlet with no issue and yet we are meant to be sad when he died. Really how many villains or antagonists have a MUCH MUCH higher body count than Dabi often in a shorter amount of time and they still get redeemed. If the author wants to do a redemption arc of some kind for Dabi one will be done and there is nothing you can do about.

You better keep the Endeavor hate energy for Dabi, lol. No matter what he went through, it doesn't justify him murdering civilians.
Why??? People can have favorite characters. You dont have to like Endeavor to "earn the right" to like Dabi. Yes, we should ackolwedge that Dabis villanous actions are not justified, but no one is required to hate or like any character, villain or otherwise. Theres no crossover or intersecting, and hating Endeavor has nothing to do with hating Dabi.
@@bluebay1031 No but there are a lot of people who try to cancel Endeavor for his shitty parenting while simultaneously simping for Dabi simply cuz he's hot and don't care that he murdered civilians.
Ok to play devils advocate here, no Dabi wasn’t justified in his killing innocence, however it’s easy to see why he did ultimately go down this path and it’s clear his upbringing from endeavor is the ultimate root of the problem. Sure not all of the kids turned into villains, however natsu did form a deep resentment for endeavor much like Dabi did, just without turning to villainy and feeling the need for revenge. Everyone reacts to neglect, abuse, etc differently and as the oldest Dabi went from having all the love and attention to basically being cast aside completely once shoto manifested the perfect quirk endeavor was trying so hard to breed. I myself am the older out of me and my sister and we have a 5 year gap, so for me, I got all the affection and attention of my parents for 5 years and then all of a sudden that changed and I remember even that had an impact on me and it did lead me to resent my little sister for years in early adolescence, especially when depression and such corrupted my mind and I felt like I had to deal with it alone cuz my parents payed more attention to my sister. We never went through any neglect or abuse like the todoroki siblings, but just the shift in attention and priorities was felt and did impact me negatively. As such, I can understand Dabis hatred towards endeavor and even shoto to a degree, so that’s where I play devils advocate with him as a character, however his actions obviously still aren’t justified when it comes to innocent people.

Enji made Toya believe his purpose in life is to beat all might and then stopped his said purpose only to neglect him and get new children for his purpose
I Find it silly how many people identify wholeheartedly with a villain and their excuse for hatred.
If someone has atoned for their sins to the point the people they hurt forgive them.... and you want to hold it over their head? That makes you a villain. What right do you have to be upset with someone who you don't know and you weren't even involved. It's pure arrogance unless you can prove they aren't living up to the wishes of those they hurt.
