    Unreal. Dex and Flex have the best genetics ever. Bob Paris had beautiful symmetry to, but was much smaller in size..

    Thank you for always good video. I like Dexter Jackson so much, but please upload a lot of videos of eating and living similar to the last time in the Dexter Jackson video. Other players are fine. Watch out for corona and be always happy!

    Dexter should have place those dumbbells on his thighs and kick it to help lifted that dumbbells to shoulder position.That's if you don't have a partner.

    Question for weight lifters or excercisers in general...what is the max time you wait between sets and how many reps per set? Trying to be consistent and not slack between sets...

      1-4 maybe 5 minutes on say squats but generally 2-3 on most movements.

      I try to keep it at 3 minutes or less. If I'm in a strength phase, I MAY go up to 5 minutes. If I'm in a volume phase, I sometimes go down to 30 seconds. But somewhere around 3 min is normal.
