    It's always nuts to me how these guys train at commercial gyms with normal people. Like I can't imagine pulling up for my daily workout during my lunch break and Jay Cutler is there getting after it lmao

    He took all of 2002 off because he was burned out. You can see he has renewed vigor here to return.

    These guys can train so hard because of what is fueling their bodies: testosterone, steroids, HGH, insulin, and a host of other compounds. You’re a different animal when these PED are so availableble. These pumps feel insane and are.

    In viewing this video of Jay working shoulders, it shows at the start of the workout what he says are seated ( side laterals? ). They actually look more like seated dumbbell upright rows with the weights he uses. Also, when using HEAVY weights in a rocking motion while seated will tend to give you a thicker waist in building up the obliques. Jay Cutler is still one incredible bodybuilder with four Sandow trophy's to his credit. He will forever be remembered as one of the all time greats in bodybuilding. 💪🥇🏆

    None of the pros during this era had fantastic abdominal development. Jay has decent lower abs but his whole mid-section is bulky. Too heavy with the squats & deadlift?
    Perhaps. But these guys ate protein by the truckload which is so unnecessary. They could easily add mass on a 14% protein macro, anything more just leads to GIT & kidney problems.
    No one will believe this of course!

      We also dont know what substances they took. Guys in the mid-90s and back never took slin or hgh and weren't on as high doses of so many compounds. 70s and 80s guys popped D bol as pre workouts did a solid dose of test and called it a day.
