Look at the tricep, lat ,and quad. One of each is missing and overall size is down big time. Poor guy had a herniated disc in his back during a prep for a show he knows he can’t win, probably just really tired, never lost the drive to train hard and heavy though.

Not the best form on the side laterals by the king 👑. At first I thought okay he’s got some lateral rotation maybe to work the core as well, good idea, but then on the other angle he’s lifting the weight from the elbow kind of like giving a backhander. One things for sure with all the pros is that weight and the muscles are fully engaged and under constant tension, even Branch Warren, lol 😂
