    I recently started doing these very same exercises and I have found that my ability to climb and descend on stairs has improved. I also feel that my balance has improved. Thank you for your good advice.

    Thanks for the video.. because of vision issues I cannot go outside to walk but I do use a bellicon rebounder and recently purchased an aerobic step and enjoy it…
