Christians get criticized by the left all the time but you notice the tiny criticism of the Rabbi by Charlie? Charlie is a great advocate for the Jewish people, so perhaps spend more of your time noticing all the Christian bashing that goes on by the secular left.

Criticism only feels like "bashing" because religions have held a privileged position as unquestionable for centuries.
When I say unquestionable I mean you'd be osteicized, disowned, jailed, or even executed in some times and places for going against the predominant religion, still to this day in some places.
So in summary that's why religions are criticized more these days in secular society, without laws based in religious doctrine punishing people for doing so. Most of the Christians I criticize these days are literal Christian Nationalists who want to throw out the constitution and secular government to replace it with Biblically based laws and only Christian leaders.
